Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles

Friendly, attentive, accommodating, efficient...normally the car buying experience is long and uncomfortable...not with Rami. Defiantly recommend.
The sales people are honest, but they aren't willing negotiate a fair price on their used vehicles. When you try to communicate with them through email, they don't respond. I liked the vehicle that I was looking at, but I don't know if I want to buy. They have to opened to reasonable offers if they want to deal.

Smooth buying experience, they have a large selection of vehicles for every budget. Max was my salesperson and there was no pressure involved. He showed the car and answered all my questions. I walked out with a brightly detailed low mileage 2014 Yetta for my daughter. Couldn't have been any smoother.

This is my second Lease with Open Road Acura on rt 18 and I have to say that this time was such a pleasant experience leasing my brand new 2018 TLX. Raymond Lee made it as painless as possible along with the help of his supervisor and Business Dept (Thanks Michael Young). They were able to accommodate my time, getting me out of the old lease and making sure my payments were affordable. I just want to say that academy Honda was a very straight forward dealership when it came to pricing and their service was great . I came in originally to purchase a used Honda Accord and ended up leaving with a new accord and couldn???t be happier ! Bryan was very easy to work with and went over all the features of the new car with me .
11/18, After many visits to other dealerships, I finally found a Bill Vince's "internet preowned SUV" my visit there was welcomed by Domenick Cirianni , he turned out to be the " BEST of salesmen" in my pursuit of a purchase. I was looking for a CPO Acura TLX All Wheel Drive. There are not a lot of them out there particularly at this time of year. I have been getting my car serviced at Elite Acura for years and have always had positive experiences.
I met with Giovanni Paparo and he showed me a 2015 TLX all wheel drive. He was very personable and no pressure at all. I purchased many cars over the years and Giovanni made this one of the most pleasant experiences. He gave me a better price than other Acura dealers that had the same car with the same equipment and mileage. There was no back and forth or "I have to talk to my manager, etc." He made an offer. I gave him a counter offer and we met at a place where we both felt the deal was reasonable. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. When it was time to sign the papers, Adriano did a great job explaining all of the additional warranties that were available. There was no pressure or trying to talk me into something I did not want.
Giovanni and Adriano are the guys to see if you are in the market for a car, whether it is an Acura or otherwise!
I can say that I am pleased with both the car and the service with which I was provided during the buying and selling process. Scott is very responsive, very knowledgeable, and he strikes me as someone who takes his job very seriously. He answered all my questions and he did not pressure me in the least. I know it's counter-intuitive with car dealers, but I feel that he was looking out for me. I feel that in my dealings with him and others were on the square and that my concerns were addressed. I think that everyone there truly wanted me to be happy in this purchase. I do not feel that anyone was just trying to make a sale. I can tell you with confidence that I will recommend Bridgewater Acura as a reliable dealer and I will more than likely buy another car from you. Mainline auto is amazing! They found me the right car for the right price. If your not buying a car from Mainline your wasting time and money.
