When I brought my 2009 Rogue in for service, I wasn't expecting to walk out with a new car. But, Bob Furman and David Reyes-Guerra helped me make a decision that would best meet my needs. Bob thoroughly explained the issues that were present with my 2009 Rogue, and explained roughly how much each repair would cost. He suggested I take some time to think about replacing the car due to its age, mileage, and the amount of repairs it needed. He set me up with a loaner car, and suggested I talk with David over the weekend for more information on buying or leasing. David was equally as helpful in the sales department, and talked me through of a variety of options for buying (used) or leasing. I walked away feeling zero pressure, as David suggested I take the rest of the weekend to talk things over with my husband. When I returned with my husband a couple of days later, David talked me through the features of the 2017 Rogue Sport I was most interested in earlier in the week, and had it ready for a test drive. Although it was a busy night at the dealership, David maintained patience and professionalism to negotiate a price that met my tight budget, helped switch over my insurance and license plates, set up my BlueTooth for me, and sent me off feeling excited to be driving a new, safe car. While I was waiting in the lobby, Todd Bennett came over to introduce himself and strike up a conversation. The whole experience at Bruce Bennett felt very personal. David has been in touch several times over the last month to make sure I am enjoying my new car, too! Thank you, David!!

I agree with most that the instrumentation is confounding. I read review where individuals were unhappy with how the transmission shifts. It does shift differently than my prior Sequoia, but I would expect that from a newer vehicle with better fuel efficiency. It handles well, although I have not yet driven it in snow, and accommodates my large family. I expect many years of worry-free, safe driving from an Acura.

I have never see any dealer service manager like you failing to perform the job on my 2017 Acura RDX. You inspected the damages and You said to me don't worry, you will take care of the damage. Do yo remember that on the day that I drop off my car? One week latter, you call me to pickup my car and I notice one spot that near the rear license plate was not repair and you said, you will talk to the body shop and Progressive Insurance adjuster. Then on 10/16/18 you told me the Progressive Insurance will not pay for that one spot if repair. You told me to contact Progressive Insurance adjuster myself. it is not my responsible to contact Progressive Insurance adjuster after the parcel of repair. Its you and your dealer responsible for that. I am very disappointing with your Acura of Milford service dealer at this point.

Good power and that’s basically the only thing this car has to offer. I had 2015 Pilot before, thinking that going to MDX was an upgrade. In reality not so much. Interior is cramped. No window opening in the back tailgate. Not much storage in it vs Pilot. Bunch of electric issues. I work in IT for a living but I tell you this car has too many buttons in console. Turning on AC is like launching space rocket. Overall bad interior design all together. Another issue is sluggish transmission. In a parking lot or a mall going to reverse and forward just drive you crazy. For the money this car cost, there are better options out there.

Why such a poor ride

I have driven cars and big trucks for 30 years, 17 mdx top of the line has the worst ride. I want to turn this back in , for my 04 grand caravan or 87 sentra. It’s AC and seats are great. This is the first car that has ever made me seasick with bouncing and pitching. I drove others, they were not this bad. Will go to the third dealer to see if they can fix. Also, the single reason I won’t buy an acura??? Unless bought at that dealer, the dealer staff does not want to help even if you have a $ 60 k mdx and got service their. Lexus has staff specifically to help with whom you can appt or just walk in. Why has Honda allowed this in Acura ??? I want to support Honda and Acura, but if I need a little help, their dealers should spend a little time

This was my first time going to Acura of Huntington to service my 2014 Acura MDX and I have to say that I really regret not coming here sooner, even if this dealership is further away from other Acura dealerships near where I live. Charles and Tom have both gone above and beyond what I would normally expect from a service team to ensure that I was happy not only with the work done on the vehicle, but throughout the entire process (from bringing in my car, talking about the car, accommodating my scheduling needs, the quality of the work done, even billing, and more!). I purchased my first Acura, an MDX, in 2008. The process was great and over the years the service department took excellent care of me and my vehicle. Personally accommodating and fair pricing. Of the many new cars that I've purchased over the years, I've never repeatedly purchased the same brand, until now. I loved my '08 MDX and hated trading it in, but it was time. Smithtown Acura offered me a fair trade-in and after taking a good look at the new models, I not only purchased a new MDX but also a new ILX. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, answering every question, and making the whole process as painless as possible. But, most importantly to me, I know that when I bring my new vehicles in for service it will be done right, at a fair price by a friendly staff. Very comforting.

Went on TrueCar.Com searching SUV’s. One of the dealer listings were Radley Acura went to site and saw just what I was looking for an Acura MDX. This truck is awesome Black Copper Pearl exterior and interior is Brown/Chocolate. I absolutely love this vehicle. I claimed the offer got there and everything was hassle free. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect and I thought it was going to be like other experiences elsewhere just being told and sold. But here at Radley that was not the case, I met a great group of sales person, managers, and financing. From the door out everything was simple and straight forward. What made this experience even BETTER was Mr. Jordan Jenkins (Finance Manager at Radley). Mr. Jenkins omgee was more than awesome if I could give him 10 stars I would. I mean he made the financing process so easy and smooth, he knows his stuff awesome job. He treated me like family as I seen his reaction with anyone he came in contact with. He’s awesome!!! He even came in on his day off to complete my paperwork and to ensure that everything went accordingly. Now that's dedication and what a customer looks for to be treated like your cared about, I got that and more. He was very professional, friendly and all-around cool guy. The finance process was explained in detail was very clear and precise without being pushy and with no surprises. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful! Couldn't be happier with the folks at Curry Acura. I had my 2010 TL evaluated and repaired. My primary contact with Andy in sales handed me off to Chris in service who was friendly professional and knowledgeable. Larry the shop manager and Diane the assistant manager worked hard behind the scenes to streamline what I thought would be a big expensive repair but turned out to be not as bad as I thought and they even delivered earlier than anticipated. Good honest service is hard to find these days.

This car is good for four people without loosing its comfort zone.However for long trips with six or seven passengers,there is very little cargo room.If you sell this car for six or seven people at least for future models increase the length by at least a foot to provide some cargo capacity.I had this car for only a month, it is working for me without issues.The problem here is that you are making a medium sized SUV to work as a full sized SUV and you are loosing cargo space with seven or six passenger.

This was the only vehicle that caught my eye. I had my Nissan for 13 years and decided to upgrade and I’m happy the Acura MDX did just that. Smooth ride & very comfy compared to my Murano. I was able to find a 2016 with under 26,000 miles at a great price so that makes me love it even more !! :)

I have been using Rallye Acura's service dept. for my four Acuras over the last 13 years. Their service department always does a thorough job, completing comprehensive reviews of the entire vehicle. Rallye never pressures you to complete unnecessary services and they are honest in their judgements. I have dealt with the same service advisor over the years, Chad Tammaro. I have come to trust him implicitly with my cars. His recommendations and careful attention to my cars has given me a strong sense of confidence in his expertise and faith in Rallye service. I recently leased a 2019 RDX from Rallye. My previous vehicles were leased/purchased in Florida. A Rallye salesperson, Andy Fleming, with the assistance of the sales manager , Anthony Muniz,, arranged a lease for a 2019 RDX with similar options to my 2016 RDX coming off lease. I sold this vehicle before the second anniversary and went back to a Toyota Highlander Platinum. The Acura rode and shifted rough. It had some features that I liked, but I still prefer the Highlander Platinum

I bought a van about 5yrs. ago, after being referred to J&M by my neighbor Mike Stoffan. I recently donated it to Disabled American Veterans. After visiting nearly 6 dealerships, I returned to J&M to buy a pick up truck. After I decided on which one I wanted, I met with salesperson Steve Magura right from the start Steve was both professional and a gentleman. After a test drive and checking the truck over, I told him about some concerns I had and he assured me that those would be taken care of. I had a loan pre-approval from my credit union and there was no trade-in. We agreed on a price, I reviewed the purchase order and made a request., Steve spoke to his manager Mr. Brown and he approved it. When I brought the check in I did a pre-delivery inspection, the mechanics did the repairs (as promised), the fluids were changed and the truck was cleaned. I met with Dannielle to complete and sign paperwork and waited nearly 25 mins.for her to process and copy documentation. She apologized for the long wait and said the reason for the delay was because they found a math error and issued me a refund. I could not believe it. I had looked at the purchase order 3 times and everything appeared OK. The point is they could have said nothing but, they did and that speaks volumes about their honesty and integrity. Whenever I called with a question someone got me a answer. Steve called me with updates and kept me informed about what was being done to the truck and when it would be ready. For ALL the above reasons I decided to write this review. If you come to J&M prepared and keep expectations realistic, I'm sure you'll do as well as I did and leave just as satisfied. Thank-you very much to Steve, Mr.Brown, Dannielle, the gentleman who drove to other lot to measure the bed of the truck, the office staff (always willing to get me answers) the mechanics and prep people. Because of all of you, I've FINALLY got the truck I wanted. I am one happy guy. I'll always refer family and friends to J&M. Again,thank-You! I give J&M 10 stars.

Purchased an '09 MDX new/used, with 17,500 miles in 2010. Currently have 130K miles and running strong. Only problem was that the phone module went out, and was draining the battery prior to being disconnected. Otherwise, it's been all maintenance and wear and tear. Oh, by the way, great car for our climate in Minnesota!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I love the car. If there are any negatives it would be the voice recognition software...it needs improvement from my point of view. Otherwise I like everything about it. Black on Black leather - AWD & Tech package.

I love this vehicle. I have put 80,000 miles. This is my second Acura. Went back after trying BMW and Mercedes. They were to costly to maintain and always had expensive mechanical issues. I have had no mechanical or maintenance issues AT ALL with my Acura

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This one owner car is the most comfortable car I've ever owned. And possibly might not ever own anything else. From the comfy seats to the comfort setting of the steering wheel (there's a sport option too if you prefer that) driving this is a breeze! Let's talk about safety. This is my second MDX. I was struck by a driver who rolled a stop sign in my first just two months after buying it. I was traveling down a 55 mph road going about 60. The car was totaled, but I didn't even have a scratch. Yet another reason I may never drive another vehicle. Love the way this car looks & drives. You can't go wrong with an Acura MDX!
