We purchased a certified 2010 ZDX in the summer of 2013. My wife and I really enjoy the ride. I have found maintaining the car at Jay Wolfe Acura to be painless.
The experience has been so good we purchased a 2017 certified RDX for my wife to drive.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.

Best drive train of any mid size SUV at the time having a V-6 rather than a small displacement engine with a turbo- Yuk. Turbos will be expensive to replace or maintain.
We had a great time. Sevice was great by all the staff. Stop by just to see the lot. And we ended up with a great car at a good price. Thank you very much.

After a rear-end collision my vehicle was totaled so I was forced to get something else. I have owned a couple of Honda’s before and knew they were great cars but never even considered an Acura, thinking it was out of my league. Happened upon a 2015 RDX (Kona Coffee Brown!) with low miles being turned in from a lease and ended up bringing her home. It’s got all the fancy stuff I’ve never had before and there is definitely a learning curve. Only had a month but it’s a pleasure to drive and has some serious get up and go. The whole experience has been very emotional for me, overcoming the anxiety of the accident and trying to enjoy driving again. I’m the kind of person who buys a vehicle and keeps for many years so here’s hoping the RDX and I have a long future together!
I found a BMW that checked off the majority of the features I was looking for, but it was 4 hours south. I reached out to verify the availability and John Romell was the first person to respond to me. John was sure fast to respond to any of my email questions and we talked on the phone to arrange for the sale and delivery. John was very helpful in making the process smooth and pain free.

Just got this car, but very happy so far. Very comfortable interior, very roomy, and handles well. Has more than enough features for the good price range I got it in.
Definitely the best experience I???ve had buying a car from a dealer. I found my truck online and went in the next day to check it out. Jordan greeted us as soon as we arrived and was very friendly and professional. They were not pushy and ensured that we got the payments we were comfortable with. Will definitely check them out again during our next car search.
Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.
I typically hate the car buying experience because of the pressure and "additional costs" that seem to appear at the end. but this was one of the best experiences ever. Frankie, Pete and Michael were all fabulous. There was no pressure and Frankie worked with me through the process. Pete went over the features of the car in great detail and Michael had all of my paperwork ready when I got there. Everyone was a pleasure work with. I plan to be a customer for a long time! I love my new car!

Acura brand prestige and reliability in a practical, comfortable package. The RDX rides well with great pick-up and easy handling. Heated seats, rear camera, sunroof and good audio feels like luxury in an affordable stylish compact suv. Love the dependability, charm and sportiness of the RDX
The drop-off and pick-up is highly efficient. The personal service is outstanding. I do suggest however service Representatives the given company cell phones to use during the day. I didn't answer the call coming in regarding the status of my vehicle the first three times it came in because I did not recognize the name on caller ID.
I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. I recomend David and the BMW gallery to anyone looking for an honest dealership. They stayed true to their word and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!

I purchase the car to do business but I like so much that I still have it.
The car is reliable,comfort and a family car,I am selling it because I want share my experience with another person or family.
I was hesitant about going to Honda Gallery after reading all the bad reviews on yelp, but I made an appointment with Tina to see the 2011 CRV advertised so I decided to go. Erick Joseph was the salesman I dealt with and he was wonderful. He could sense my ambivalence from the start, and although I kept asking him the same questions over and over he remained extremely patient and continued to go over everything with me until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.
From start to finish these guys were great! Super thankful I ran into Rudi over at Larry Miller Dodge. I have always loved Acuras since owning a 2006 TSX for almost 10 yrs. The reason I purchased a 2015 was because I love their engines, room and comfort features when driving it. I opted to not get the Tech package to save some money because I would rather use my phone nav system. After owning it for about 4 weeks I am very pleased with my choice. I have test driven the Lexus RX 350 but to me the Acura is more fun to drive and easier on the wallet.
Edmund was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, friendly, and not at all pushy. He also provided great information and worked hard to earn our business.

I purchased my RDX with 10,200 miles from Gettal Acura in Sarasota. Great dealership, great sales experience. I purchased using Carfax to help me find a great used vehicle and I love it. Acceleration is great. Comfort is wonderful. Versatile use with the seats folding down in the back. Lots of room for luggage and two small dogs. Only disappointment has been the MPG. Only getting 20 instead of 22.
