Today the check engine oil light kept coming on. As i was in the neighborhood, I just stopped by without an appointment. I arrived at lunchtime, the service managers were either out for lunch or with a customer. The senior manager, in charge of the service managers immediately stepped out of his office and helped me. He did not hesitate to get his hands dirty and check the oil level, and an oil change was promptly arranged. Now that is what I call customer service !
My husband and I were doing research on a new car. We came in on a weekend and sat down with Andrew Uffenheimer, in sales to discuss the Acura RDX 2019. Andrew was so personable and did not pressure us into anything that day and answered all our questions. We came in again the following weekend to test drive the car and again Andrew did not pressure us into leasing that day and again answered all my follow up questions. After some time we decided to lease our car that same day because of the great deal Andrew was able to get us, and could not have had a better experience from start to finish. Dimitry was also great in ensuring we went through all our paperwork that day to take the car on the spot. This is my first Acura and I love it! I just bought this certified and I love it. I go the dark blue w the tech pkg. The V6 is responsive. The ride is smooth as silk. Comfy interior. Roomy. Sharp styling. The integrated phone and navigation are buggy. Wish it had Apple Car play (new ones do) but wanted the v6. I wanted AWD and a small SUV that is reliable and fun to drive with some pep. This gave me everything I wanted.
It's my third Acura. I love the brand for it's reliability and value. My last car I had for 11 years and 151K miles and it still ran great.
Brianna was accessible, thorough, professional, and cooperative throughout the process. Would highly recommend the dealership and specifically Brianna. It was our first auto purchase with this dealership, but we would not hesitate using them again for assistance with a future purchase.

Although I’ve only had it for four days. So far I’m really enjoying my new Vehicle. I love the sunroof, leather seats, navigation system and the Bluetooth. Most of all I love the way it drives .

This is the most comfortable, easy to handle, car I’ve ever driven. I love the luxury and classiness of the vehicle! Knowing it’s Honda made, gives me a great sense of peace because of it’s dependability.
I was very empress with the expertise of Franks advice. He was very professional and very funny at the same .He makes buying a car so much fun. I will recommend Acura of Westchester to all of my family and friends.
Recently leased a 2019 RDX with Artie Nevruzian. He was a great salesperson. I would definitely recommended him as well as this dealership. Artie is very accommodating and efficient. He was able to get us a good deal even though our original plan was to shop around and see what other car dealers were offering. Thanks to Artie we stayed with Ramsey Acura. We would like to also mention that David Schnapper in Finance was efficient and understanding as well. He was helpful in understanding the problems I encountered with returning my previous Acura lease.

Plenty of power, nice luxury features, lots of interior room, great looks and very reliable so far. I recommend this vehicle if you need to transport your family but also want something that is fun to drive and has some luxury features and looks great.

I have no real complaints about this car. I handes well, great acceleration and a comfortable ride. There is plenty of room for me inside to fit my bike or golf clubs.
My only complaints is the need for high test gas and the backup camera makes no sound when an object is directly behind you only on side objects moving toward you.
Brandon of Acura of Wappingers was one of the best saiesman. Brandon took the time to listen to the coustomer and help me meet my comfort level in a car. I went in just to ???look??? because I loved my 2013 RDX, I didn???t like the new features on the 2019 RDX and have not driven a Sedan in over 15 years but Brandon suggested we ??? give it a test drive??? well he picked the perfect car for me. It had all the features I liked and I was very comfortable driving my brand new 2019 TLX 😊. Great job Brandon and so LOVE my red leather interior.

Had an 09 RDX and this is a nice upgrade. I miss the SH-AWD, but the increase in MPG is worth it. The interior is dramatically better and the tech is seamless.
I've had absolutely horrible service at Route 23 Open Road Acura and I couldn't stand them anymore. A friend recommended I drive a bit more to get great service on my Acura and sent me to Acura of Ramsey. What a difference!!! Once you have terrible service, you warmly welcome honest, respectful and accurate service. From reception to techs to service people I am/was always treated well. The did not try and claim I had things wrong with my car like the other service company previously mentioned. They are quick and their pricing is competitive. On my most recent trip, Tom managed my service impeccably. He communicated well and had me in and out in a half day. Even though I drive 35 minutes it's worth the trip. They really run a great shop here and looking forward to getting a new Acura next year from their sales department!

I just purchased this RDX and I have to say, it meets or exceeds my expectations. Quiet, comfortable, responsive and easy to handle. I felt completely at home the moment I sat behind the wheel. It has all the functionality I would need or want and is a very nice looking vehicle. Absolutely love this car!
I brought my TSX in for service and my service advisor was really great. There was a airbag recall on the car and I had a shake in the front right at high speed and they diagnosed it, let me know what was wrong, how it would be fixed and kept me updated the entire time. I got my car back the following day, they gave me a loaner car, and everything is fixed.

I had a 2013 RDX originally, bought a different make but have now come back to this 2016 RDX with the tech package. I love this car...lane assist, back up camera, the whole package.
My experience in purchasing my third vehicle from Acura of WAPPINGERS falls was seamless and not stressful in any way. They did not influence my decision and let me test drive any car I chose. I never felt pressured or rushed and when I found the car of my dreams , we negotiated a deal to turn in my leased car, for a pre-owned purchased car.
