They were professional and respectful from beginning to end. Our salesman, Hunt Hamill, made buying a car fast, fun, and easy. No pressure, no games, no unwanted dealer-installed options. This was the third Acura dealer we tried, and wed definitely go back.
The people in the service department are very nice. They fully explained what service would/could be done on my car. In the end they did not need to do all the work that was initially planned - less cost to me. This tells me that it is an honest dealership as I would not have known what was need and what wasn't. Will definitely go back.
We've purchased a couple of cars through Dan and we'll seek him out again for our next purchase. Dan is straightforward and informative, never pushy and always willing to help. Dan has always worked with us (and Elmer; and the Service Department) to make sure we were happy and that we get whatever we needed to make things go easy. If you stop by the dealership, look for Dan and his wry smile... you get the best that Liberty Auto City has to offer.
Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...

Had excellent service purchasing from Muller a few year ago when we purchased a new TL. When ready to trade in my old SUV for a new one, I researched a lot of different vehicles. Nick and Felix went above and beyond at the service deparment at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. My wife had a blowout on the front tire, they replaced it with a brand new tire, washed and vacuumed the car and had me on my way within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon.

I wasn???t planning on getting a new car when i went in Ed Napleton Acura. The minute i came in, i was greeted by a sweet young lady. I asked for Wilson, he had recently helped out a friend of mine. Once you go to a few dealers you start to see a trend of how they just want to sell you a car. This was one of my last three places on my list to visit but it easily became my last. The salesman, Bryan Garcia I believe, was extremely helpful and broke away from that role of a pushy salesman. He answered all my questions and made me really feel like he actually cared I left happy. For all future car purchases I will definitely be coming to Bryan first for help before anyone else. I could have hoped for a better experience.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I purchased a CR-V to replace a previously owned SUV which was totaled in a non-moving accident. The purchasing process was smooth and painless. The dealership has a very large selection and after test driving 4 different model years, I settled on 2015 model year. The rep, Dan Aristizabal, was friendly to work with and there were no hard sales tactics. Overall, a pleasant vehicle purchasing experience.
