I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
For 11 years I have been bringing my Mdx in for service. Your service department is excellent, just turned 180000 and my car is not even breathing hard, I???m sure I have at least 200000 miles left, when the wheels fall I???ll get another set.
I purchased a CR-V to replace a previously owned SUV which was totaled in a non-moving accident. The purchasing process was smooth and painless. The dealership has a very large selection and after test driving 4 different model years, I settled on 2015 model year. The rep, Dan Aristizabal, was friendly to work with and there were no hard sales tactics. Overall, a pleasant vehicle purchasing experience.
I purchased my second RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville in September 2018. I originally had the 2017 RDX but after seeing the change in body style and cabin of the 2019, I had to have it. Greg Pew and Sharon were awesome during my first purchase and they were again awesome last month. Continental has serviced my MDX for years; I even bring in my wife's Pilot. They provide a quality service at fair prices and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have dealt with Shirley, Dan and Neil in service - all are great. I have dealt with Jerry in purchasing pre-paid service contracts and he is wonderful too. You can see a desire to provide a fabulous service to their customers, it shows from the minute you are greeted. The dealership itself is a perfect place to wait for your vehicle and get some work done, this is my norm. Wi-Fi works well and it is quiet in the office space. Absolutely great experience. Our sales consultant, Abe Crump, valued our time constraint and was able to get us processed in what I think might be record time. We both took a test drive considered color combinations and were driving home in slightly over 2 hours.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Once you go to a few dealers you start to see a trend of how they just want to sell you a car. This was one of my last three places on my list to visit but it easily became my last. The salesman, Bryan Garcia I believe, was extremely helpful and broke away from that role of a pushy salesman. He answered all my questions and made me really feel like he actually cared I left happy. For all future car purchases I will definitely be coming to Bryan first for help before anyone else. I could have hoped for a better experience.
