I remember when i almost bought a vehicle when they were located in Hauppauge,ny. This experience at there new location in Farmingdale,n.y was exceptional> no pressure great atmosphere and a wonderful and professional sales person. Sales professional Annalea was so helpful and answered all the questions i had about the vehicle. The vehicle which i purchased was super clean and had all the options i wanted. After looking at used vehicles i am happy i purchased for Novak Motors .Annalea is an asset to this company and would without reservation reccommend Annalea and this Dealership to anyone i know looking for a great deal on a quality used vehicle. I would also like to commend Frank Cannizaro for all his help.
These guys are really good and get the job done. We all know the dealership service dept is in business to sell services, and follow the Acura maintenance schedule. Maintenance service prices are not cheap, but are required to keep your your Acura running for many thousands of miles. You have three options- go to a local guy and pay less while maybe not getting the exact service you need, do it your self on fluids save $$$$ but you have a mess and need time and space, or use the dealer. Charlie and team are really good- and always provide suggestions on service based on mileage and service schedules. You pay what you get - no bargains but if you have an issue Charlie and team will make it right.
What an absolute pleasant and stress free experience buying my 2015 Acura! Arianna and her team were incredible. They made sure everything I had concerns about were taken care of and there was no pressure throughout the entire process. 10/10 would remmend to anyone!
My salesman, Ari, was very helpful and patient during the whole process. On the day of the sale, Ari walked me through the purchase and even called my insurance company to obtain the insurance. The day I picked up my car, everything was ready including my new license plates. Ari sat with me in the car and walked me through all the features, which was new to me.
This was my first car purchase in 13 years!!! I set out knowing what I was looking for. I also knew that it wasn’t going to be easy for me since I had never had a car loan before. Bruce made the car buying experience stress free and handled everything with white glove service. His knowledge of the car, his understanding of what I could afford, and overall his professionalism made this an easy feat. I’m beyond happy with Bruce and Acura of Huntington.
This was my first time going to Acura of Huntington to service my 2014 Acura MDX and I have to say that I really regret not coming here sooner, even if this dealership is further away from other Acura dealerships near where I live. Charles and Tom have both gone above and beyond what I would normally expect from a service team to ensure that I was happy not only with the work done on the vehicle, but throughout the entire process (from bringing in my car, talking about the car, accommodating my scheduling needs, the quality of the work done, even billing, and more!). I would definitely recommend this dealership to service your Acura as I am definitely making this my default go to Acura dealership for future maintenance / repairs.
I initially went to Hillside Honda to look for a vehicle and get an idea on prices. Mr. Sultan was very accommodating and informative on my car choices, and worked with Mr. Ali to ensure I got the best deal. It was a long process, but they definitely made it worth it.. considering I left with a brand new car! I already recommended two friends check them out!

Brianna was accessible, thorough, professional, and cooperative throughout the process. Would highly recommend the dealership and specifically Brianna. It was our first auto purchase with this dealership, but we would not hesitate using them again for assistance with a future purchase.
Friendly, Ivan attend us, treated my family with the upmost respect. Went the extra mile to show us the details of the suv we were asking about. Felt very comfortable and Ivan did not pressure us like they have done in other dealerships. The experience was great.
Today the check engine oil light kept coming on. As i was in the neighborhood, I just stopped by without an appointment. I arrived at lunchtime, the service managers were either out for lunch or with a customer. The senior manager, in charge of the service managers immediately stepped out of his office and helped me. He did not hesitate to get his hands dirty and check the oil level, and an oil change was promptly arranged. Now that is what I call customer service !
My husband and I were doing research on a new car. We came in on a weekend and sat down with Andrew Uffenheimer, in sales to discuss the Acura RDX 2019. Andrew was so personable and did not pressure us into anything that day and answered all our questions. We came in again the following weekend to test drive the car and again Andrew did not pressure us into leasing that day and again answered all my follow up questions. After some time we decided to lease our car that same day because of the great deal Andrew was able to get us, and could not have had a better experience from start to finish. Dimitry was also great in ensuring we went through all our paperwork that day to take the car on the spot. This is my first Acura and I love it! I could not have had a better experience here and I highly recommend you work with Andrew! Thanks Curry Acura!
