I want to thank you for the excellent service that I was provided with yesterday. I usually dread going to any dealership to have my car serviced and prolong my visits as much as I can (this cannot be good for my car in the long run). However, the honesty and respect for my time that I received yesterday by John Berry has shifted my thinking, at least with regards to this BMW location. Went in looking for a specific used car we had found on line. My husband had talked to Tim on the phone and he met us immediately upon our arrival. We purchased the car, but one of the key fobs didn't work. Tim arranged for us to come back a couple of days later when the "key guy" was there and it was fixed within a matter of minutes. Overall, very pleasant experience with no sales pressure. Would highly recommend this dealership and Tim!!
Limped my F150 into the dealer with a check engine light and wrench warning light on. Was met by courteous staff. I was warned that due to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and the service department being closed that it might be Friday before they could look at it. However, an employee stayed late that night, diagnosed the problem and repaired it late that night. So, it was ready to go the first thing Friday morning. Repair was correct and away I went much earlier than expected. Mr. Martinez was attentive and professional.
Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. He was also extremely friendly answering all the questions we had and reached out to Jameson, his manager, for additional information. Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.

Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.
If you are looking to buy a new Acura you need to shop at Vandergriff Acura and ask for Blake Bowland. He worked hard to get us out the door with the SUV we wanted with the options we wanted and the price we wanted. He was very patient and understood what it would take to get us to purchase and worked to make it happen! I would buy from Blake again.
Finding a new car is so stressful especially when having to do it in a hurry. Mo really helped us through the process. When I wanted to tear my hair out he along with my fiance really calmed me down. I will definitely come back and recommend.
customer svc is fine, but waiting time is always long. Also, they forgot to put a nut on my tire(rim) when I took my Tahoe for tire rotation, now I have a nut missing.
