Today the check engine oil light kept coming on. As i was in the neighborhood, I just stopped by without an appointment. I arrived at lunchtime, the service managers were either out for lunch or with a customer. The senior manager, in charge of the service managers immediately stepped out of his office and helped me. He did not hesitate to get his hands dirty and check the oil level, and an oil change was promptly arranged. Now that is what I call customer service !
My salesman, Ari, was very helpful and patient during the whole process. On the day of the sale, Ari walked me through the purchase and even called my insurance company to obtain the insurance. The day I picked up my car, everything was ready including my new license plates. Ari sat with me in the car and walked me through all the features, which was new to me.
I had a problem with my radio. My radio was fixed in a short amount of time and I received my car clean and all in working order. The staff were very nice and very upbeat. I will definitely recommend going to Rallye Acura for all of your Acura needs. :)

Adam, Gregg, Ryan and the rest of the team at Star really put in time and effort to make me happy in the truck I wanted, with a rate, payment, and ext warranty that I expected. This is my 5th vehicle from Star, and I will continue to deal there, as well as send my friends.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.
Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.
I worked with Tavo and Beth in Lynnwood Honda and we had a very good experience in the dealership. They showed many vans and there was no pressure. They were happy to show the prime price even when we didn't bring our trade-in car. We were very happy with the first day's experience and we came back to buy the car. There was no accessories that were added and they were happy to give us what we asked for. Overall a pleasant experience and I will work with Tavo and Beth again. Great job for give us a pleasant experience.
