Today the check engine oil light kept coming on. As i was in the neighborhood, I just stopped by without an appointment. I arrived at lunchtime, the service managers were either out for lunch or with a customer. The senior manager, in charge of the service managers immediately stepped out of his office and helped me. He did not hesitate to get his hands dirty and check the oil level, and an oil change was promptly arranged. Now that is what I call customer service !
My husband and I were doing research on a new car. We came in on a weekend and sat down with Andrew Uffenheimer, in sales to discuss the Acura RDX 2019. Andrew was so personable and did not pressure us into anything that day and answered all our questions. We came in again the following weekend to test drive the car and again Andrew did not pressure us into leasing that day and again answered all my follow up questions. After some time we decided to lease our car that same day because of the great deal Andrew was able to get us, and could not have had a better experience from start to finish. Dimitry was also great in ensuring we went through all our paperwork that day to take the car on the spot. This is my first Acura and I love it! We just got our third MDX over the last 10 years with Curry Acura and could not be more pleased with the level of sales service we have had throughout. This time around, Andrew was our salesperson, and he handled everything for us with such clarity and professionalism... but perhaps most importantly, he listened to us and was responsive to our needs and created a package that suited us perfectly. My salesman, Ari, was very helpful and patient during the whole process. On the day of the sale, Ari walked me through the purchase and even called my insurance company to obtain the insurance. The day I picked up my car, everything was ready including my new license plates. Ari sat with me in the car and walked me through all the features, which was new to me.
I had a problem with my radio. My radio was fixed in a short amount of time and I received my car clean and all in working order. The staff were very nice and very upbeat. I will definitely recommend going to Rallye Acura for all of your Acura needs. :)
I just purchased an Acura TLX from a difference Acura dealership and was concerned about the transmission as it was shifting rough from gears 2-3. I brought it to Devon Acura in Norwalk. The service was exceptional. Nick (service manager) explained in detail what may be going on and the resolution. Nick went above and beyond to explain the details of the car and how it drives. We found an used Acura MDX with the most inexpensive online. When we tested the car, and Katie and joe walked through with every issues and repairs that they had with this car. It was scrached before and minor issues. They are willing to negotiate with me when I gave reasons. We tested the car and we love it. We have had a pleasant experience there and we will go back to use their car services.
My trip to Devan Acura was such a pleasant surprise for me. I drove to Norwalk to check out a used Acura I saw on Cars.com without much hope that I could make a deal with the Norwalk dealership. I was helped by Nick, a young salesman who made me feel welcome and comfortable, and who was somewhat of an expert on all things Acura. While on the test drive my car was appraised so we were ready to discuss terms when we returned to the dealership. The negotiation was as simple, straight forward and stress free a process as I could have hoped for. No tricks, stall tactics, or low - balling was involved. We struck a deal with no hassles and I couldn't be happier. I returned the next day to pick up my car and, once again, no hassles or delays. The paperwork was efficiently handled with no pressure to buy "extras" most dealers like to sell.
