I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
Once you go to a few dealers you start to see a trend of how they just want to sell you a car. This was one of my last three places on my list to visit but it easily became my last. The salesman, Bryan Garcia I believe, was extremely helpful and broke away from that role of a pushy salesman. He answered all my questions and made me really feel like he actually cared I left happy. For all future car purchases I will definitely be coming to Bryan first for help before anyone else. I could have hoped for a better experience.

Went in looking for a specific used car we had found on line. My husband had talked to Tim on the phone and he met us immediately upon our arrival. We purchased the car, but one of the key fobs didn't work. Tim arranged for us to come back a couple of days later when the "key guy" was there and it was fixed within a matter of minutes. Overall, very pleasant experience with no sales pressure. Would highly recommend this dealership and Tim!!
My husband and I visited Chesrown the Sunday prior to Labor Day and they were extremely busy given they are one of the few dealerships open on Sunday and it was a holiday weekend. Salesman Joey Powell assisted us as we test drove several vehicles and ultimately purchases a 2018 Chevy Silverado truck. Joey’s patience, product knowledge and sales approach coupled with Chevron’s ease in transacting business made for a pleasant buy/trade vehicle experience. Today the check engine oil light kept coming on. As i was in the neighborhood, I just stopped by without an appointment. I arrived at lunchtime, the service managers were either out for lunch or with a customer. The senior manager, in charge of the service managers immediately stepped out of his office and helped me. He did not hesitate to get his hands dirty and check the oil level, and an oil change was promptly arranged. Now that is what I call customer service !
My salesman, Ari, was very helpful and patient during the whole process. On the day of the sale, Ari walked me through the purchase and even called my insurance company to obtain the insurance. The day I picked up my car, everything was ready including my new license plates. Ari sat with me in the car and walked me through all the features, which was new to me.
I had a problem with my radio. My radio was fixed in a short amount of time and I received my car clean and all in working order. The staff were very nice and very upbeat. I will definitely recommend going to Rallye Acura for all of your Acura needs. :)
It took me about a month or two to make my decision on what vehicle to purchase.The process was not painful. Aaron took his time and helped me all along with comparing vehicles, test drives and side to side comparisons. It was a comfortable process. Chris also helped a great on the day of the purchase. These guys work as a team and the Manage Tim ensures customers are be taken care off. I will recommend Acura of gainesville for your next vehicle purchase even if you are not looking to to buy an acura.
Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.
Phil was excellent answering all our needs and questions. He does and excellent job. Not too many people find their niche. Phil is spot on.
