My salesman, Ari, was very helpful and patient during the whole process. On the day of the sale, Ari walked me through the purchase and even called my insurance company to obtain the insurance. The day I picked up my car, everything was ready including my new license plates. Ari sat with me in the car and walked me through all the features, which was new to me.
I had a problem with my radio. My radio was fixed in a short amount of time and I received my car clean and all in working order. The staff were very nice and very upbeat. I will definitely recommend going to Rallye Acura for all of your Acura needs. :)

Today the check engine oil light kept coming on. As i was in the neighborhood, I just stopped by without an appointment. I arrived at lunchtime, the service managers were either out for lunch or with a customer. The senior manager, in charge of the service managers immediately stepped out of his office and helped me. He did not hesitate to get his hands dirty and check the oil level, and an oil change was promptly arranged. Now that is what I call customer service !
My husband and I were doing research on a new car. We came in on a weekend and sat down with Andrew Uffenheimer, in sales to discuss the Acura RDX 2019. Andrew was so personable and did not pressure us into anything that day and answered all our questions. We came in again the following weekend to test drive the car and again Andrew did not pressure us into leasing that day and again answered all my follow up questions. Having bought my previous two cars here I started my search on their web site. After comparing to other sites I knew I had to go back. The people working here are always great, the deals are straight forward and the process is efficient and they make it pleasant. Don't be fooled by 'lower' prices elsewhere: they get you with fees during the process. My wife brings the cars here for service and raves about the experience very time.
