Just got a new 2019 Acura RDX. I highly recommend you go see Brett Forcini who was very patient with my search for a new crossover. He knew I was cross shopping across several brands and dealerships. Crown gave me the best possible price on my trade ins and worked to get me the the vehicle of my choice. Talk about a family friendly, no pressure environment! Brett and team took the anxiety out of car buying completely! They truly are a great team!
From the door to the deal I felt appreciate by all staff members. Very easy process to get the family vehicle of my dreams to accommodate my family!! I love you guys!! Brett helpful in every way very knowledgeable to the product.
After contacting multiple Acura dealers I determined Crown was the most customer friendly. I am extremely satisfied with both the sales and service staff. Recomended them to friends who also purchased a RDX.
We gave a top rating because of the customer service. We never felt pressured and Brett was wonderful to get to know. Brett and his manager JR worked with us to get us in our new car. We will definitely use them again.
When I discovered my car on Cars.com Flow CSR was quick to contact me. We went down the same day to look at the car. My main concern was there were a lot of scratches all around the body of the car and wear n tear on the arm rest. Flow agreed to have all of that repaired because they have said the car had just came in and had not been through there cosmetic repair service. We had signed a promissory note that all these things would be repaired the following week and we would be updated of the progressed. So we went ahead and sealed the paperwork. The sales man Michael says there shop was one of the best. I contacted Michael on Thursday the week after to get the progress of the vehicle. He then responded back and said that the body work had been done and sent me photos. We made arrangements that afternoon to pick up the car. We drove an hour and a half to get the car. When we got there Michael was quick to apologize because the interior have not been fixed and he stated he attempted to contact me before we headed that way but couldn’t catch me. I have no kids call from him nor a text regarding to not pick up. The. Oft was very disappointing. Apparently all they have done was used a marker to fill in the scratches on the outside which apparently you can tell the color difference and marks that stood out more then the scratches alone plus the marker was left in the car. He said they’ll contact us to have the car pick up this week to get the console fixed. We took the car home that night my husband took it to work the next day and all the check engine lights had came on. We contacted Flow again and he came up with the excuse that the AWD or 4WD system was confused that we can take it to the nearest Flow which is located in Statesville. I’m so done already. This experienced had left me regretting even purchasing a vehicle. 15K in the hole for the next 4 yrs and yet not a day in and already experiencing these issues....SMH
