I can honestly say that dealing with Jason Sherrill, Todd Billmeyer and Micah we???re the best and most pleasant experience. They were very upfront with no hidden fees or agenda. I recently bought from Mungenast because a friend of mine said the had the best service around. They really do. Jason was fantastic to work with, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt No pressure from finance to purchase more warranty than I felt necessary for my comfort. I decided on Mungenast because I had recently had months of service issues that cost me thousands from another big St. Louis dealer. I am a happy customer!
We were on our way from Philadelphia to our Winter home in Arizona when my tire sensor showed low pressure in my left rear tire on my 2017 MDX AWD. When a local RV shop found a screw in my sidewall, we had to find a place to get a new tire. After an unsuccessful attempt at a closeby tire shop (he offered to get them for us but it would take a day), my wife contacted Ryan Syberg at Mungenast Acura, about 11 miles from where we were at the time. We were delighted to find the shop could attend to us immediately, and we made our way there to be welcomed by a terrific staff. . Because of AWD, we had to replace a pair of tires, but Ryan was able to get one replaced under our Road Hazard original purchase. He took care of us and got us back on our way within a couple of hours. We never lost a day on our trip. Terrific service by everyone at this Acura dealership.
Kyle Vavra is an excellent Service Consultant! He communicated the conditions of my car, and clearly spoke of, and even showed me the parts needed, as well as discussed labor required to make repairs. He prioritized the repairs so I could work within my budget to get them done.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
I have dealt with Rick Gross for my last 4 cars. He. Makes sure make an Informed decision o n the car I purchase. He always makes sure I know know all the ins and outs of the vehicle and fixes all the settings and connects my devices.. He always is available for any questions..I feel free to stop in for help. I WILL be back to Rick in 3 years when my lease is up.
This is our second time leasing a Acura RDX. We love the RDX, and the Acura dealership is awesome. I just picked up the 2019 RDX at the end of October. I already know the service department is great, as we used it for oil changes on the last Acura we leased from this dealership.
We love Christopher Wood, and I hope he does not mind me contacting him with minor questions about my very technical RDX.. He is great to work with. I like being able to go back to the same person I have worked with in the past.

I have been a loyal certifed pre owned Acura customer for many, many years. With that being said, I have purchased from local dealers from Atlantic City to Bucks County and truly had the BEST car buying experience at Acura Turnersville this week.
Omar Ang, was my sales associate. I cannot say enough about him. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. When I mentioned I hadn't had lunch, he offered to bring in a pizza. Omar spent the time with me to go over all the latest features and transfer all my phone contents for me.
I also received a follow up call from him within a few days to see if I had any questions.
I know where I will purchase my next Acura.
Steve Fortier is the best car salesman that I have ever worked with. He listened to what I wanted and tried to provide me with the best information he could, without ever forcing or pressuring me at all! Throughout the process, I appreciated Steve's honesty. We spent over a month looking and finding the car that felt just right and not once did he pressure me to buy. I am entirely satisfied with the buying experience with Steve Fortier and Acura of Salem.
Gayle was extremely helpful and very responsive from the moment I entered the dealership. She answered all of my queries and was proactive to help us with quick delivery of the car. You are awesome Gayle..! Mike was very welcoming too and amazing to work with while buying the car.
