Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.
I love this dealership and it???s employees. They???re friendly and knowledgeable. I have to bring my kids with me and everyone is always kind and nice to the kids too. The service time is typically accurate too.
I purchased my second RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville in September 2018. I originally had the 2017 RDX but after seeing the change in body style and cabin of the 2019, I had to have it. Greg Pew and Sharon were awesome during my first purchase and they were again awesome last month. The process was seamless, the time that was spent getting me familiar with the new cabin was great, and the financing process was quick and easy. Today the check engine oil light kept coming on. As i was in the neighborhood, I just stopped by without an appointment. I arrived at lunchtime, the service managers were either out for lunch or with a customer. The senior manager, in charge of the service managers immediately stepped out of his office and helped me. He did not hesitate to get his hands dirty and check the oil level, and an oil change was promptly arranged. Now that is what I call customer service !
My husband and I were doing research on a new car. We came in on a weekend and sat down with Andrew Uffenheimer, in sales to discuss the Acura RDX 2019. Andrew was so personable and did not pressure us into anything that day and answered all our questions. We came in again the following weekend to test drive the car and again Andrew did not pressure us into leasing that day and again answered all my follow up questions. After some time we decided to lease our car that same day because of the great deal Andrew was able to get us, and could not have had a better experience from start to finish. Dimitry was also great in ensuring we went through all our paperwork that day to take the car on the spot. This is my first Acura and I love it! We just got our third MDX over the last 10 years with Curry Acura and could not be more pleased with the level of sales service we have had throughout. This time around, Andrew was our salesperson, and he handled everything for us with such clarity and professionalism... but perhaps most importantly, he listened to us and was responsive to our needs and created a package that suited us perfectly. He has followed up in every way to make sure we have been satisfied with our vehicle. He and his fellow staff were a pleasure to work. The BDC representative Deisy was a pleasure and attentive. She followed up with me prior to and after my purchase, The salesman Jason was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted in our vehicle, The Finance Manager Yuri was amazing. He looked at all our options and found us the best possible resolution that meet our needs. And the sales manager Nick Furio' personally came out, introduced himself, shook our hands and thanked us for coming in. Overall Curry Acura did a fantastic job making our car shopping experience a great one.
