Steve Fortier is the best car salesman that I have ever worked with. He listened to what I wanted and tried to provide me with the best information he could, without ever forcing or pressuring me at all! Throughout the process, I appreciated Steve's honesty. We spent over a month looking and finding the car that felt just right and not once did he pressure me to buy. I am entirely satisfied with the buying experience with Steve Fortier and Acura of Salem.

Sonny Tran at ELK GROVE AUTO MALL was a big help, he helped me pick out my car, told me the full detail about the tlx aspec such as LKAS and ACC feature, 'cause my other 2016 tlx base model didn't come with it. We came into an agreement with the price and go to drove off within the same day.
Kyle Vavra is an excellent Service Consultant! He communicated the conditions of my car, and clearly spoke of, and even showed me the parts needed, as well as discussed labor required to make repairs. He prioritized the repairs so I could work within my budget to get them done.

This is my 4th car purchase in 20 years from Mile High Honda. The staff has changed but the incredible service they offer has not. I use Mile High Honda to service my vehicles as well. The staff is always very kind and courteous, showing a "yes we can" attitude. Wont use anyone else EVER!
They had the car I wanted and they were able to work with me to make it a great deal and experience. The process was easy and quick. Chris Hefke was great and I would definitely recommend working with him. I will continue to come back for all my service and buying needs.
Ive been looking for a vehicle for about a month so I have lot of experience with other dealers. I found a one owner 2008 RL at Spitzer to replace my 2008 that was totaled. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jeremy Benson was fantastic, - the dealership treated me as though I was buying a $60,000 RLX Hybrid. Benita in finance was especially helpful, having changed my mind at the last minute about a service contract. Could not have asked for a better experience.
I have dealt with Rick Gross for my last 4 cars. He. Makes sure make an Informed decision o n the car I purchase. He always makes sure I know know all the ins and outs of the vehicle and fixes all the settings and connects my devices.. He always is available for any questions..I feel free to stop in for help. I WILL be back to Rick in 3 years when my lease is up.
This is our second time leasing a Acura RDX. We love the RDX, and the Acura dealership is awesome. I just picked up the 2019 RDX at the end of October. I already know the service department is great, as we used it for oil changes on the last Acura we leased from this dealership.
We love Christopher Wood, and I hope he does not mind me contacting him with minor questions about my very technical RDX.. He is great to work with. I like being able to go back to the same person I have worked with in the past.

It took me about a month or two to make my decision on what vehicle to purchase.The process was not painful. Aaron took his time and helped me all along with comparing vehicles, test drives and side to side comparisons. It was a comfortable process. Chris also helped a great on the day of the purchase. These guys work as a team and the Manage Tim ensures customers are be taken care off. I will recommend Acura of gainesville for your next vehicle purchase even if you are not looking to to buy an acura.
The entire experience was made very easy by a warm and friendly staff. From the salesmen, the finance staff and the service manager everyone made us feel welcome.
