Sean is very courteous and knowledgeable, which made our car shopping experience a positive one. (I usually dislike talking to car salesmen and their manager as it feels like such a fake act. I mean, why can't we just get to the bottom line?) But, with Sean, I felt like we worked with someone with integrity who was truly humble throughout the process. He spent at least 20 minutes going over the various features and having me practice them so I would know the basics before driving off. (I bought the technology package so there is quite a bit to learn.)

Wes Kammer (Sales General Manager) and Tom Phan (Senior Sales Advisor) at Vandergriff Acura are very professional advisors with excellent customer service skills and knowledge about their cars and financial opportunities to lease or buy with the customer's best interest in mind. They both listened patiently to my needs and offered me an excellent lease opportunity and a fair trade-in value for my previously financed RDX. Wes and Tom were always welcoming, patient, and not pushy giving me several days to make up my mind about several financial scenarios I could afford given my other financial obligations. Wes and Tom were very truthful and worked with me to get a fair and aggressive offer, and didn't hide anything from me, as I independently corroborated with my personal web research. I visited Goodson and David McDavid Acura, just because they worked with Costco, but Vandergriff Acura was better in every respect. Wes and Tom, are consummate sales professionals who follow up without being pushy and had my best interest in mind as they explained to me the pros and cons of buying vs leasing thoroughly, and answered every question I had. They both are truly good advisors, rather than salesmen, and are perfectly OK not getting my business if they know it wouldn't benefit me personally. That is true honesty and I appreciated it. As advisors they have consistently provided me with the best car sales experience because they are friendly (smile) even when others would get impatient with my questions; they follow up; and they are always truthful, hiding nothing from me. Tom accompanied me to a test drive, and explained every feature of the new RDX 2019 thoroughly, as well as helped me set up my data after the deal. In the past I always had taken my Acura cars to be serviced at Vandergriff, because they have knowledgeable professionals, aggressive prices and excellent customer service. I purchased a 2016 Acura MDX from Tim Sechrest! This was the easiest automobile purchase I have experienced! The facility is nice/clean, employees are friendly/helpful, and the transaction was fast! We drove 4 hours to pick up the vehicle and finalize the paperwork - so very thankful for the speedy service. The Acura was spotless and had a full tank of gas! They know their cars, have an impressive inventory and again, easy to work with!
Javier was my service writer He listened to my concerns - easy to work with Car was ready when promised Greg Garcia was the Master Technician who worked on my car He answered my questions about tire wear, explained to me the need for timing belt service not just based on mileage , but also on time At pick up Greg showed me the old parts - including a belt tensioner that looked over due for replacement Ruiz (sp?) at the parts counter was courteous when I purchased an oil filter last week The employees where you pay answered my questions Everyone at David McDavid Acura seems to go out of their way to provide great customer service.
Good turnaround on my SUV; that is, drop-off was easy and the car was returned in the time frame that was promised. There was also a billing issue at the end, and the accident was quickly acknowledged and corrected in a way that keeps me coming back.
TLX would not start the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend...a day a dealer is likely to be short staffed and overloaded with drop-ins. Bob Sisk got us in and serviced promptly. He also promised a courtesy car on short notice if McGrath had to keep the car for the repair.
I bought a 2016 MDX from Rizza Acura in Orland Park, IL. I worked with Alyssa as my sales associate and she went above and beyond what was required of her! I live in Indiana and the BMV made a mistake that Alyssa helped me correct by driving to Indiana to meet me so I didn't have to drive all the way back up to the dealership in Orland (that I just left). I greatly appreciate the gentleman in the finance department as well...he was very eager to help me purchase this car as I was excited to buy it. We are using Joe Rizza Acura service center for last 12 yrs. We can depend on them. We live in Munster, so, it is quite a drive for us. But we want to keep it that way. I have 2006 Acura MDX ; I always take my car to them. Had couple of issues with them in the past. But each time they took care of it right away. Sorry, I do not know all the people in the service by their name. They are all reliable and friendly and knowledgeable ( mechanics).
Mark Gibson was our sales person. He did a great job of presenting the car to us and explaining why we should choose the MDX. We had a great experience and will likely return for future purchases even though we live an hour away. We love our gently used MDX! Thanks Mark
I had recently purchased a brand new 2016 Acura ILX with Tech Package from Pohanka Acura. Throughout this process, I had worked with the sales consultant Frank Ha. He was very easy to work with and provided me with exceptional service. Frank Ha was able to answer all of my questions and helped make the car-buying experience wonderful. I would highly recommend speaking with him if you are ever in the market for an Acura.
I will start by saying my scenario is one that no dealer would find ideal, and any other dealer would have probably told me "tough luck", not at Rosenthal Fairfax Honda. For this reason, I HIGHLY recommend them as THE dealer to go to. I came to Rosenthal Fairfax Honda to purchase two used vehicles, for my wife and myself, and I have never received such great service as I did here. I had two vehicles to trade in, and they gave very fair and reasonable trade in values on both vehicles. During the whole process they made sure I was comfortable, and that I liked the vehicles. My salesperson, Aladdin Faruque, was very accommodating and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I never at any time felt hurried or pushed. His level of professionalism and courtesy is exactly what you would look for in a salesperson. Here is where I feel this particular dealer shines above the rest. To give some background, I live in Maryland, and this dealer is of course in Virginia. So any vehicle purchased out of state must go through Maryland State Inspection. Well, the first vehicle purchased, passed the inspection after some minor issues. The second vehicle failed, and for a very costly repair. I contacted the dealer and informed them of the situation, not expecting much. To my surprise, they offered to complete the repair at their facility and to bring it in, I was even given a loaner vehicle to drive in the meantime. Well, after a few replacement parts, it turns out that there were more components that would need to be replaced, and even after that, there was no guarantee this would resolve the issue ($4,000+ in repairs). They knew I had to young daughters, and with safety being an issue, they insisted on not continuing any further with the vehicle. I loved the vehicle, and persisted on just fixing the issue, and even offered to pay half just to get the vehicle back. Ivan Micheletti and David Dragelin, the Pre-Owned Directors, were willing to work with me, but were very insistent that I pick another vehicle. By this time about 3 weeks had passed, and they were still willing to switch me out to another vehicle. I spent a good amount of time test driving other vehicles, but could not find one that I liked. Then Ivan made me an offer that completely caught me off guard. There was one vehicle there that I did see in their inventory that I liked, however it was out of my price range. Ivan being very understanding of my situation, offered me this vehicle at a price below market value, knowing he could get more for it, just to help me out. Ultimately, this vehicle was a little newer, had lower mileage and is a much nicer vehicle altogether. This vehicle passed the inspection, and I could not be happier to finally have a vehicle again. Basically, to sum up my long post, Rosenthal Fairfax Honda has been the BEST dealer BY FAR that I have ever dealt with in my life. If you are looking for a vehicle, new or used, come here FIRST. Ask for Aladdin Faruque and you'll have the experience you've been looking for. If you get the chance to work with Ivan Micheletti or Dave Dragelin, you'll see what i'm talking about. Of course, this is a dealer, and you have to be reasonable, but you'd be hard-pressed to find this kind of service anywhere else these days. Buy from Rosenthal Fairfax Honda, and leave happy.

I needed to finalize my purchase decision at the dealership (model and color), and Alan was helpful and patient. I have purchased cars for family and friends for over 30 years. Great and enjoyable experience working with Fernando at the first day of the visit, it was one of my car dealerships visiting. After a few days of shopping around, I finally select Fernando, he answers my midnight questions, help me select the cost saving package choices and work with manager provide good quote. I was delighted with my visit and even was provided with service I didn't request--an estimate on body repair for example. I had to come back because a requested state emission exam had not been done when I visited 9/3, so everyone went out of their way to take care of me this time!
My vehicle has been serviced by your dealership since its purchase in 2001. Many of the service recommendations received has been to extend the vehicle life which I much appreciate. I find the service staff to be friendly and easy to work with, especially Tom Chiriani. I have grown to trust that the recommendations and pricing Tom provides are reasonable.
In April of 2015 I purchased a c300 from a salesman named butch. Which he was very knowledgeable of the products. Friendly and not pushy which is a plus for me. On 3/3/16 I went for my first service which they a sign you a representative ,mine is Robert G. also very friendly and knowledgeable of the products and services. Everyone there at the dealership are very friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. They have earned my business and all my service .
