Used Acura RDX for sale in Bellevue, WA

My wife and have a 2011 Acura MDX, not purchased from this dealership. I brought the car to the dealership for service. We were very pleased by the outstanding service and professional staff there. We were given a MDX as a free loaner while our car was getting its services and detailing. We live in Lakewood, and will continue to drive here for service and new vehicle purchase when the time comes.

I recently bought a car at Ford of Bellevue auto nation. The sales representative was very professional and took the extra step to have my paperwork all ready so I wouldn’t stay there all evening long . I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and approachable. It was a pleasant experience and not stressful at all. I was at eased knowing I was in good hands. They weren’t pushy at all. I am so happy with their professionalism and wonderful customer service. If I need another car in the future, I am sure I will go back to Ford Auto Nation of Bellevue.

Overall a great vehicle inside and out. Powerful motor for just a 4 cylinder engine. Quiet interior while driving. Soft and cushy seats. Large panoramic sunroof. Only downside is the trackpad for the infotainment system. Would prefer a touch screen. Extremely happy with this vehicle.

Best purchase of a new car I have ever had. With all the noise of very few new cars to choose from, I found that not the case with them. Got the car the color at a fair price and on my way in with very little time spent at the dealership.

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Worked with Atilla Col and Jayson for a trade-in and got plenty of support from them. I can absolutely feel the effort they spend on pushing the business.

4 moths and 4000 miles, a few rattles have developed, nothing significant, I got used to the touchpad interface and find it to be "just fine" as I typically use CarPlay and do most of my audio control from the steering wheel. The car is peppy, comfy and the audio system is STELLAR.

They are super efficient and professional and knowledgeable. They never tell me things I don't need for my car. The service guy Brent is very honest, quick and efficient and professional. I defitely trust these guys to take care of my car and will be back.

By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

Sleek and sporty design - turbo charged engine, all wheel drive. Plenty of leg room, rear seats fold all the way down for extra capacity and I absolutely love the black 20in wheels!

Great service as usual. Call backs were timely. Rep knew his business. Appreciated the use of the loaner vehicle. Acura proactively replaced a part that was part of an extended warranty provided by Acura due to multiple issues.

Really nice SUV...traded 2015 TLX now b/c of value of used cars...RDX handles and rides flawlessly. Great acceleration from 4 cylinder turbo. Will have to wait to report on reliability as have only 350 miles driven so far but with Honda/Acura I don’t think it will be a problem.. We really love this vehicle and expect it to last.

Found the dealership online as they had the make/model/color and mileage/year/price I was looking for. I was a bit nervous going in blind but the car was in good condition (back windshield wiper was broken, but they replaced for free on the spot). They let me test drive a couple cars on my own. Staff were professional in a reserved way, definitely a no pressure, no hassle environment. I primarily dealt with Miryam (spelling?) and she was very helpful. This was my first car buying experience and it went very smoothly. Also - the facilities are ideally set up for Covid. Clean and spacious with plenty of room.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

With only 74,000 miles in the odometer I can say nothing has ever broken in my RDX. It’s super reliable. Oil changes as cheap at the dealership and the car never complaints. Strong V6 that doesn’t have to deal with the long term reliability issues if the boosted turbos of today. No oil consumption problems. No leaks. No noises. The car still looks and feels like it came out of the lot. Will keep it until I can no longer drive.

First Honda I've owned, so far I love it! The only thing I'm not too crazy about, it the ride. It's very stiff and truck like. I would not have bought a 4 cylinder, but this one has a Turbo - makes all the difference in the world to me.

This car was comfortable, reliable, fun to drive, and very practical. It was a lease, and I only drove it for 2 years before being approached by the dealer to upgrade into a 2021. I wanted initially to get the A-Spec which looks great, but they didn't have my color selection, so I decided on the 2021 TLX A-Spec. instead. Also great car, but the RDX was much more comfortable and practical, and had less noise issues...

An excellent achievement in automobile design and performance. Fit and finish on both the exterior and interior is outstanding. Acceleration and steering are the best of any SUV I have ever driven. The Acura RDX scores a 10 out of 10!

I am a senior citizen cancer patient, and have owned my Acura RL for about 21 years. I would have bought another one, but cancer prevented that. I took my RL into Hinshaw's in Fife, WA on 12/16/21 and then again on 02/19/22. I highly recommend Hinshaw's in Fife! They were absolutely wonderful and helped me with my car even though it is so old. Everyone was patient, courteous, friendly and efficient. They all were working hard, and they actually paid attention to their customers. Even though every single person I encountered was wonderful and helpful, I have to do a special shout for Richard who helped me in February, I can never thank him enough for solving my car challenge. This was the best experience I have ever had with a car anywhere including the Acura Dealership in Santa Monica, CA who were terrible. Thank you, Richard! Thank you to everyone who helped me!
