I came to look a new car. David was very friendly, honest and helpful. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise. Could not asked for a professional, friendly service at Honda Eagle Dealership; and I came out with a brand new car!!!!
First, the staff are great. I felt like friends were helping me buy a car, not like salesmen pressuring me. The car was fantastic, the price a real deal. They took care of everything and took really good care of me. I couldn't ask for more, and couldn't be happier with my Suburban.

Went in looking for a specific used car we had found on line. My husband had talked to Tim on the phone and he met us immediately upon our arrival. We purchased the car, but one of the key fobs didn't work. Tim arranged for us to come back a couple of days later when the "key guy" was there and it was fixed within a matter of minutes. Overall, very pleasant experience with no sales pressure. Would highly recommend this dealership and Tim!!

First Tim, was easy to work with and got us the deal we wanted on a used car. Got home realizing I forgot to erase my addresses from my navigation on my trade in, and he took care of it, even called me back when in my car to verify it was done. Great guy, good deal on my new to me car. Easy to work with.

Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.

I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
This is the second vehicle Leroi has sold to me. Willie & Leroi did an excellent job, they were very attentive, professionals, went above and beyond the call of duty! They treated me courteously and respectfully!
If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!!
