This is my second time getting a car through Pohanka and Yong Kim really made sure I got a top notch deal on a higher trim that what I anticipated. He is very knowledgeable as a senior level representative, sincere when helping his clients and is now my go-to salesman. He made my second experience even better than the first. He also made sure I got a great deal on their maintenance package with Flip, who is also super friendly and made my experience enjoyable. Pohanka provides absolutely outstanding customer service and I can confidently say no other dealer would beat them in the area.
The team took the time to go through all of the vehicle options with my husband and I when we went in to find a new family vehicle for our growing family. They answered all of our questions and broke everything down for us.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
I was impressed with Thomas's efficiency and diligence. I didn't expect to get out of the dealership in the new car in two hours or so. Amazing! Thomas went over the lease agreement with me and contacted Geico insurance for me. Overall, Thomas was professional and truly demonstrated an asset to Paragon Acura.

I especially would like to mention our salesman, Pedro Diaz, who is very friendly and extremely helpful. He often calls to see if we have any questions or concerns about my new car! I was trying to find an fairly inexpensive car for my daughter. I searched on cars.com found a Chevy Impala that was good price. I test drove it and was happy except for a strange sound that came from the fan. I told them about it and they couldn't replicate the noise. After I purchased the car the noise came back and they fixed it for free. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase I made from Stephen Wade Honda
