I do not recommend service adviser Jonathan Valdez

I recommend not dealing with service adviser "Jonathan Valdez" in Service Department. I went to drop my car off to get issues looked at on my car. I originally work with Mr. Robby Robertson one of the SUPERB SERVICE ADVISER. unfortunately he was out today. I had already spoken with him( Mr. Robertson) day before and I was told to speak with Mr. Dane. Mr. Dane had not made it in at 8:00AM when I arrived today Saturday 9/30/2017, so I was prepared to wait for him, but Mr. Jonathan took it upon himself to BULLY me writing up my concerns and wanted me to sign a form stating I would have to pay $162.00 to have my car looked at, when its already in the system regarding my issues with my 2002 Acura 3.2 TL Type S. Jonathan has a "SMUG ATTITUDE" and EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE, with no COMPASSION. its all about the MONEY with this guy. Maybe because I was a women, or maybe not, but either way do yourself a favor and ask for Mr. Robby Robertson @ GOODSON ACURA OF DALLAS. I end up just leaving the dealership after having them wash my car so I wouldn't feel like I wasted my time plus gasoline.
