Nobody enjoys buying a car. It is up there with going to the dentist . I must say that my experience with Ron Kirsch and the Delray Acura team was a pleasant surprise. It was relatively painless and Ron was an outstanding salesperson. He didn't waste time and we shared some great Star Trek stories while I was waiting. I will definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future.

This is a very nice car! I owned a 2015 TLX prior to this and while the RLX is not as sporty as the TLX it is much more luxurious. Extremely comfortable, responsive and roomy.

Best dealership experience I've ever had. I usually hate car shopping and find the whole process intimidating, frustrating and always feel like I'm being had. Not with Delray Acura! This place was great and everyone was very friendly. In just over an hour I test drove an RDX and negotiated what I feel was an extremely fair price. There were no tactics, they didn't make me wait for an hour while they pretended to work a good deal, and they took care of my lease that was about to expire. It's a smaller dealership that feels more welcoming than the larger places where there's always 10 guys waiting to swarm you when you walk in. I dealt with Eric R. who was very friendly and helpful. I wanted a specific car that was not available at that location. He was able to track it down quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and answered all of my annoying questions. I'm a transplant from the Midwest and definitely enjoyed the hospitality they showed. I would totally deal with both him and Delray Acura in the future! Great experience.

I just LIKE this car. I like the looks and the interior. Performance is fine for what I need. It has more than enough technology which is easy to learn and effective. A couple of things I miss are automatic trunk closer and heated steering wheel, but those are not consequential. Overall, a refined, luxurious car for its size and price.

The service couldn't have been better...Principally led by Steve Pons in conjunction with Windy Ovelmar we overcame a number of problems in closing on a used ILX...Found it had been off the market for many months while awaiting a new air bag installation due to a recall..Also that it could not be certified due to a prior minor fender bump that had been repaired to the point of not even being visible... The negotiated price I believe was fair but problems came up in accounting due to several mis-spellings of my (our) names even though our ratings exceeded 800...I mention these since we were there till 9PM and had to return the next day to finalize everything....In any event, we like the car (so far) and wish to compliment the sales people (above) for working hand-in-hand to conclude the deal..Steve, in particular deserves kudos for being the main catalyst in closing the deal..He is a great asset to your company...
