This is a nice car and has all of the latest safety devices. The car is much louder than expected and has transmission shift issues at 3/4 to full throttle. The only reason I purchased this car was the dealer was taking significant $$$ off. The local Acura Service Department, Hunt Valley Acura in MD, is the worst. Could not repair transmission issue, which they recreated, so just told me to bring it back when the transmission completely fails. I complained to corporate and received no response. I will never buy another Acura.

This is a very nice car! I owned a 2015 TLX prior to this and while the RLX is not as sporty as the TLX it is much more luxurious. Extremely comfortable, responsive and roomy.
Just purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 TDI from these guys, and it was probably the best experience you can get from a used car dealership, or any dealership for that matter! Sam, Andy, and Mark were all very helpful, informative, and communicative throughout the whole process. They let me have 2 different mechanics come, put it on a lift, and inspect the whole car. They were all very direct, but not pushy at all. Any questions I had, Sam picked up the phone any day at any time. These guys really care about their vehicles and customers. They just got another repeat customer which I’m sure they already have plenty! Great experience.

From the initial call to the delivery of the car, it was super easy and everything that was presented during the deal was the same at the close of the deal. I traded my ILX A spec for a TLX A spec and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I will continue to get my cars from here and will also bring my wife when her MDX lease is up. Quality Auto Center has a great variety of luxurious cars. They're all pre-owned but they all are in top condition and some of them have even been produced this year! I checked their site and saw they have a brand new Dodge Challenger which is my dream car. I called them and spoke to Marilyn to check the price and he told me about their financing options so, in the end, I decided that this Dodge is my next car. Now I'm driving it and I couldn't be happier!

Recently leased a 2019 RDX with Artie Nevruzian. He was a great salesperson. I would definitely recommended him as well as this dealership. Artie is very accommodating and efficient. He was able to get us a good deal even though our original plan was to shop around and see what other car dealers were offering. Thanks to Artie we stayed with Ramsey Acura. We would like to also mention that David Schnapper in Finance was efficient and understanding as well. He was helpful in understanding the problems I encountered with returning my previous Acura lease.

Well from first sight its such an aesthetically good looking vehicle and then it gets even better when you step inside and take a seat. it is extremely comfortable and spacious, with such a luxurious feel.
I was impressed with Thomas's efficiency and diligence. I didn't expect to get out of the dealership in the new car in two hours or so. Amazing! Thomas went over the lease agreement with me and contacted Geico insurance for me. Overall, Thomas was professional and truly demonstrated an asset to Paragon Acura.
Still very new, but love it so far!

I just LIKE this car. I like the looks and the interior. Performance is fine for what I need. It has more than enough technology which is easy to learn and effective. A couple of things I miss are automatic trunk closer and heated steering wheel, but those are not consequential. Overall, a refined, luxurious car for its size and price.
Going to the dealership is typically a forlorn experience for many. There’s already so much pressure we put on ourselves as buyers to get the best bargain and not get sold on a car by a slick talking salesman. You won’t find that here at Imperial Auto Mall. I had such a great time working with Edwin and Julia to help me find my perfect car and my every need was met. They explained the process so very clearly and at no point made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me being a first time buyer. If any of you decide to go to Imperial Auto Mall make sure you ask for Edwin he is well informed on all the vehicles in inventory and is patient and can help you walk away with the best possible purchase. I will be recommending him and Imperial auto to any of my friends and family interested in a car.

Rear steering actuators have gone bad!! Very expensive repair!! Thank goodness the dealership guaranteed it for 90 days and 3000 miles!! It is a $5500.00 repair!!!!
My salesperson was a young man named Owen Wang. Owen was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He always returned my calls or texts promptly. Owen answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. When he went over the vehicle, he covered everything from bumper to bumper in great detail! I was very pleased with him and my service at the dealership.

I bought mine Pre Owned with 65k miles and now have 80k on it. The rear wheel steering PAWS needs replaced and is $6000 to fix. Acura knows the rear wheel acuators go bad and each side is $2500 plus labor and alignment. Also now I am having issues with draining my battery. I looked online and many others are having the same issues and with less miles on their RLX. I am used to Lexus and Toyotas with no issues and have driven them for 300k miles. This is rediculous and Acura need to do something about it ! I should of bought the Lexus LS460 instead.

This car is very comfortable and has a lot of ?get up and go.? I love the quiet cabin and smooth ride. I also like the windshield being large which really gives you a good field of view. Overall great car.
