Well from first sight its such an aesthetically good looking vehicle and then it gets even better when you step inside and take a seat. it is extremely comfortable and spacious, with such a luxurious feel.
We were very happy with this purchase. The car was stylish and very well appointed. We has a 2002 RL which we purchased new and never had a major problem with it. I'm confident this 2015 Acura Tech will give us the same result.
The team took the time to go through all of the vehicle options with my husband and I when we went in to find a new family vehicle for our growing family. They answered all of our questions and broke everything down for us.

So far, it is not only a beautiful car, but, absolutely drives and rides like a dream. It has everything anyone could ask for! Love it!

I bought mine Pre Owned with 65k miles and now have 80k on it. The rear wheel steering PAWS needs replaced and is $6000 to fix. Acura knows the rear wheel acuators go bad and each side is $2500 plus labor and alignment. Also now I am having issues with draining my battery. I looked online and many others are having the same issues and with less miles on their RLX. I am used to Lexus and Toyotas with no issues and have driven them for 300k miles. This is rediculous and Acura need to do something about it ! I should of bought the Lexus LS460 instead.
Jim McGee gave excellent customer service, car was done in time promised and they even washed it, I never of had a bad experience there thank you so much

This car is very comfortable and has a lot of ?get up and go.? I love the quiet cabin and smooth ride. I also like the windshield being large which really gives you a good field of view. Overall great car.
Norman made my car buying experience quick and easy. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product. I was torn between two models and he allowed me to take my time with each one to ensure I was happy with my decision. Marianne made my paperwork a breeze. I will definitely recommend Naples Acura to my friends and colleagues.

The staff at Acura Thousand Oaks was outstanding! Aaron, Steve, Frank, Paul and Bret made walking into a dealership fun! They had the car clean and ready for viewing before we signed any paperwork! That's customer service right there! UNFORTUNATELY, Acura Financial was unable to approve us! Even with a 695 credit score and $3,000 down for a 2018 standard TLX lease! The staff went above and beyond. They greeted us at the door, explained everything in detail and made us feel like humans and not just another potential sale. I only wish we would have been able to do business with them! Nevertheless, they earned the 5 star rating I gave them! Keep up the great work guys! I truly hope we can put the car of our dreams in our driveway in the upcoming future!

Most impressed with the gas milage and the comfortable ride. This was not my first choice but I'm glad it cam out this way.
Always a great experience dealing with salesmen at Wayne Acura. I just recently purchased an Acura RDX and I’m extremely excited about my new car! I especially would like to mention our salesman, Pedro Diaz, who is very friendly and extremely helpful. He often calls to see if we have any questions or concerns about my new car! He made sure we got everything you needed! I intend to stay with Wayne Acura in the future.

My fifth and by far worst Acura. The RLX has engineering issues making for a miserably uncomfortable, unsafe ride. Three tire sidewall separations in the first few months of ownership--Enough said, especially when the dealer, Acura and Michelin all fail to own up to the problem. Never had this issue even once, so 3 times is more than just unlucky. It is unsafe and this car should be avoided.
Always a great experience dealing with salesmen at Wayne Acura. We have now bought at least 12 Acuras over the years and have always been happy. We especially would like to mention our salesman, Dave, who is very friendly and extremely helpful. He often calls to see if we have any questions or concerns and even called to wish us well over the holidays. We intend to stay with Wayne Acura in the future.

I just LIKE this car. I like the looks and the interior. Performance is fine for what I need. It has more than enough technology which is easy to learn and effective. A couple of things I miss are automatic trunk closer and heated steering wheel, but those are not consequential. Overall, a refined, luxurious car for its size and price.
Going to the dealership is typically a forlorn experience for many. There’s already so much pressure we put on ourselves as buyers to get the best bargain and not get sold on a car by a slick talking salesman. You won’t find that here at Imperial Auto Mall. I had such a great time working with Edwin and Julia to help me find my perfect car and my every need was met. They explained the process so very clearly and at no point made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me being a first time buyer. If any of you decide to go to Imperial Auto Mall make sure you ask for Edwin he is well informed on all the vehicles in inventory and is patient and can help you walk away with the best possible purchase. I will be recommending him and Imperial auto to any of my friends and family interested in a car.

I visited Rick Case Acura because I was looking to lease a 2018 RDX. My salesperson was Kimberly and she exceeded my expectations in her knowledge and willingness to deliver great customer service. She provided a proper presentation that allowed me to understand the vehicle's features. I decided to do the lease and then comes the hard part for me and that is the negotiation. Kimberly and the Sales Manager were great to work with and assisted me in getting a good deal. I picked up my RDX the next day and the process was smooth. I was introduced to my service contact person, the service manager, and the cashier. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process
My experience in this dealer has always been great but yesterday I took my car and they surpassed their customer care, seriously I was treated like family. Sari Medina and Lenny who check out my car to estimate what was wrong with my door. Honestly they explained everything so well, I know this is going to sound crazy but there was nothing wrong with my door and I was not charged anything. I have never had this happen where there is so much honesty in a car dealer. I highly recommend this Acura dealer, you can't go wrong. Thank you for your kindness and customer service.

For some reason this car gets no love from critics or consumers and I really don't understand why. I love Acura, have owned 2 TLs and an MDX. I have always liked the RLX and now I finally have one! I could not be happier with my purchase, ride quality, technology and the understated exterior are just some of my favorite things about this car. The only thing I wish this car had is larger cup holders! If you are looking for a reasonably priced luxury car with all the bells and whistles, this would be a great choice. Since they are not very popular, getting a good deal on one is relatively easy. I would highly recommend!
I recently made an appointment at Speedcraft Acura to have my passenger air bag replaced. Overall, my experience was top notch. I will definitely be back for future service or to purchase my next vehicle.

This is a nice car and has all of the latest safety devices. The car is much louder than expected and has transmission shift issues at 3/4 to full throttle. The only reason I purchased this car was the dealer was taking significant $$$ off. The local Acura Service Department, Hunt Valley Acura in MD, is the worst. Could not repair transmission issue, which they recreated, so just told me to bring it back when the transmission completely fails. I complained to corporate and received no response. I will never buy another Acura.
Great experience throughout. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Would highly recommend working with Tommy Page at Ron Tonkin Acura. Very helpful
Just Test Drive

Fun sporty driving car. One test drive and I was sold. It drives as if its on rails with AWS. Some critics say the suspension is rough, but I like the sports car feel. I have no idea why this car does not get the love. I decided to pass on Lexus (GS 350), BMW (535), and Audi (A7). Best decision I ever made and was able keep thousands in my wallet.
