Bought a used car. Came from out of town and drive 100 miles to dealer location. Everything went well with the purchase. Financing agent explain all the details of the sale. We felt no pressure and was dealt with honestly.
This was my first time having to go to this Service department since this is my first Acura. First of all I want to let you know that Yves Vrnoga who wrote up my order was very professional and extremely helpful. My service was to pick up my key number 1. I had no idea that this takes around 90 minutes because of programming. I was so greatful that they drove me somewhere where I could wait and did some errands. even though there was a mix up and I have to return for key I highly recommend this service department. They took care of me. The only drawback is I live in Brentwood and have to return.
I new what I was looking for and was glad to find it. I was hopeful for a better deal and found it difficult to manage an agreement with financial advisor. Fortunately after hours of negotiating all kinds of terms we came to understanding. I understand I choose a very special SUV, but as a customer looking for the best I expect the best deal. Sales representative did a great job showing me my car of my dreams with great knowledge.

The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking.
Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.
I had a rather poor experience here. I went because the 4.9 Rating on cars.Com and they had the best list prices for the car I wanted. I went there expecting a good experience and it turned into a 6 hour long ordeal. Within 10 minutes I was dealing with a confrontational sales man who insisted they need to run my credit for me to shop. I immediately asked to speak to the manager. This was the first shady thing. I requested a new sales man. After all I drove 2hrs there and didn't want to waste my time. So I decided on my vehicle and then came the negotiation time. They offered me 5000 under bluebook. Shady practice number 2. At this point I grab my stuff and was getting up to leave. The salesman kindly asked me to wait so I waited for one more offer which was still 3grand under blue book. I inspected the offer they had printed there was also like 5k in service contracts and extended warranties on there I didn't ask for. Shady practice number 2. They don't tell you the terms of the financing I had to confront them About it. At this point I told them I don't have time to play these games, I had already been there for 3 to 4hours, and to make a real offer or I'm leaving. I was pretty furious at this point. 3Rd offer came back with what I was expecting with one small correction they had door edge guards listed on the vehicle and they were not so I had them remove that charge. Even though this dealer ship list there vehicle prices as low on cars.Com they put dealer accessories on everything to boost the price back up. I will not be returning here and wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.

This was how car buying should be. We asked for a quote for a Mazda 6, went for a test drive - including a couple of alternatives and then purchased the car for the agreed price.
My only complaint is how long the paperwork takes.
This was the second time we leased a car from this dealership, this time a CX9, and once again a fabulous experience from start to finish. We didn't want to spend a lot of time and they accommodated our wishes. Mazda makes a great car and this dealership adds great customer service. Zoom, zoom for sure. We just purchased a 2019 RDX from Leo Lodin. When we arrived, we received the exact price he quoted us by email. He was fair, honest and the process was very smooth. Additional kudos to Truc, the finance person who was the most personable and decent finance person we have ever dealt with.
I recommend this dealer and especially Leo and Truc, this was the smoothest vehicle purchase we have ever had.
I only gave this dralership and average 3/5 mainly because of the wait. I had an appointment for 11am. I came at 1020 am and wasnt seen until about 11. So I waited almost an hour. I was also promised my car would be done before 1. I found that amusing and guess what. It was finished around 3. I also expected a complimentary carwash but I guess this honda does not do that. Somewhat disappointing but what can you do.
