After our incident on 11/28/2018. The dealership contacted me and offered to make things right. They apologized for what was an accident. I understand this and continued to do business with them by purchasing a truck. I would like to thank them for giving the extra mile and doing the customer right. I would do business with them again.

The TLX provides the modern day technology, class, dependability and quality for at a reasonable price. Every time I have told someone that I own an Acura they use adjectives like ?Nice? but once they see the car they are totally impressed!
Great service I purchase a 2013 toyota tacoma the following week I got check engine light on I call Lisa plummer service manager and she toll me to bring the car nex day I drove the car to the chop Mr`pepe check my toyota he found the problem and make an scheduled to change the part great team work keep doing it and also Mr Mallie sales did very good job too

I love this car. My only complaint is the set-up of the AC/Heating system. Most of the controls are on the touch screen display. I prefer manual buttons because I think it would be easier to change the climate while driving.
I recently purchased my new 2018 Passat from Karen Radley VW. I chose Karen Radley after viewing their selection and prices. They had exactly what I wanted and at a price I could not find locally. I was very pleased with the service I received while purchasing my car and extremely pleased with the service I received after the purchase. I bought a 2015 Acura TLX to replace my 2004 Acura TL that I owned for 8 years and that had over 286,000 miles on it. The TLX was the SH-AWD with Technology Package and it was worth every penny! I love this car! It is a severe upgrade from the TL and I have had no remorse from this purchase. I am an Acura owner for life at this point!
I needed to thank Kris Jenkins, Chris Henson, Rudy Walker, and the entire staff at Karen Radley for their high standard of professionalism and customer service.
The whole experience of trading in my current lease and starting up a new one was virtually pain free, and no pressure, from test drive, through to driving off the lot.
Staff and service like this is why I am on my third lease renewal with this facility.
I am very satisfied with the business and with the car, and would certainly recommend VW and Karen Radley, I will be back.

After test driving many other sedans, I was amazed by the smooth but sporty ride and the attention to details inside and out. A truly beautiful car that’s fun to drive.
Melvin, one of the best salesman ever to work with along with a lot of great staffs such as manager, financial guy, etc. it was a great experience working with them and looking forward to buy from them again in the future. He made sure that I am satisfied from A-Z! You can't ask for more than this. I am sure I will be back for any new upgrades in no time! By the way, I bought two vehicles from them the recent week. This is my third vehicles. Not only that purchase experience but after that purchase, their continued customer service has been great for me as long as I am an owner of acura vehicles from them. I bought this car for the reliability and some of the electronics I was also looking for luxury and is visually weak in this area. Think it would be more comfortable for a taller person. Hopefully I will like it more when I get used to all the electronics. Need to figure out how to turn off the lane warning alarm. Very irritating

I had a very good experience working with Maurice! He sent me lots of photos of the vehicle, inside and out! He sent me the paperwork in record time because I lived 14 hours away, he even handled the delivery process for me, I got my vehicle in two days! It was nice clean and neat. Maurice informed me that they for got to fill the gas tank before putting it on the trailer, and to let him know how much it costs to fill it up! I had nothing but a very good experience with this dealership, and my 2015 Lincoln Navigator L is beautiful and my family loves it!
