I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.

After driving a 2010 TSX for the last 5 years, I am sold on the brand. I just purchased a 2015 TLX a month ago and so far, like the TSX, it has not disappointed.
I bought a car from Bentley dealer in Las Vegas few years ago. The customer service was great. Me and my wife received the same type of customer service here couple days ago when we bought a car for my wife. Everything was smooth. Daniel our sales rep and Craig the sales manager were both great. So was everyone else. Craig would find excuse after excuse to give us better deal after deal after deal and after deal. The only thing was left is to just give us the car for free.
I also love the fact that sales people are cool with eacother. Every other dealer we been to we found that it's a cut throat style between all the sales reps. Not here though. Other sales people would find an excuse to talk to us or ask us questions while our sales person was down on his knees making sure the car was shiny enough and cleaning every little thing on it.
While I am a Mercedes Guy. I will keep the new NSX in mind!

Great vehicle that money can buy. Super sporty, reliable, and fuel efficient with an affordable price tag. They have the Honda reliability with great luxury features and also great for daily use.
Chirs was a fabulous sales representative. He was quick, kind and very responsive to my needs and nerves. The staff is friendly and very professional. I recommended my mother to buy her MDX here as well. Great Job Acura Niello!!

I bought a 2015 Acura TLX to replace my 2004 Acura TL that I owned for 8 years and that had over 286,000 miles on it. The TLX was the SH-AWD with Technology Package and it was worth every penny! I love this car! It is a severe upgrade from the TL and I have had no remorse from this purchase. I am an Acura owner for life at this point!
On Friday, September 2, I purchased a new vehicle at Niello Acura, in the Roseville Automall. My sales associate, Chris Knutson, was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I ended up trading in my 2007 Acura TL-S and purchased a 2017 Acura RDX. Chris made the entire transaction enjoyable and easy. The TLX provides the modern day technology, class, dependability and quality for at a reasonable price. Every time I have told someone that I own an Acura they use adjectives like ?Nice? but once they see the car they are totally impressed!
I helped my parents look for a vehicle and came across a 2012 Mercedes GLK350 that they really liked. The car had about 42K miles on it and was in immaculate condition. They've owned the car now for over a year and it has been flawless. The gentleman in the office helped with financing and while we were just looking at the vehicle he allowed us to browse without breathing down our necks. He actually stayed back by the showroom doors until we waved him down. It's hard to find used car dealers like this that don't have to try and cover up things to sell their cars. We've had that experience before elsewhere. These guys don't play that type of bs. They actually care about their reputation.
It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
Reliable with bells and whistles

I bought this car for the reliability and some of the electronics I was also looking for luxury and is visually weak in this area. Think it would be more comfortable for a taller person. Hopefully I will like it more when I get used to all the electronics. Need to figure out how to turn off the lane warning alarm. Very irritating
The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well.
During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening.
The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.

I love this car. My only complaint is the set-up of the AC/Heating system. Most of the controls are on the touch screen display. I prefer manual buttons because I think it would be easier to change the climate while driving.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This Car provides an excellent driving experience. Equipped with many great safety features and gives a smooth and quiet drive. Has everything you could want in a car.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Car is fun to drive . Handles well with great acceleration. Two screen information center is a little much. Have had no problems with it.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I called on a vehicle they had is stock. I asked if they could do a better price and I was told "no" at first that it was "already discounted". After telling them the payment I was looking for they lowered the price and helped get me great financing! We did everything by phone and they had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived. Nice people and clean vehicles, I just could have done without the sales tactics.
