My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
Keely Johnson was who helped me. I am an out of state buyer and she was absolutely caring and friendly throughout the whole process. When the car I was going to purchase became unavailable, she went out of her way to find a similar model. I was stunned because she didn???t try to just sale me something else that I didn???t want like most car salesmen/women would. Nonetheless, the whole experience was great and she made sure the car was clean ready and most of the paperwork was already done by the time that I got there. I also want to add that I got a great deal for a car with very low mileage and runs absolutely great!
I made an appointment for a Saturday and was told the service would take an hour and a half. It ended up to be a four hour wait. My service representative was great and apologized, but I think this was a little excessive for a routine service.

I purchased a certified used 2016 TLX V6 Tech Package from Scanlon Acura in Ft. Myers, FL about a month ago. The dealership was great, can’t recommend it enough. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had.
Now the car. I love this thing! It is beautiful, fast, handles like a dream and gets decent gas mileage for a V6. I’ve read some reviews about the V6 feeling “heavy”, I just don’t get it. This car will fly, especially when passing somebody on the highway. I already took a long road trip in it, from Ft. Myers to Dallas and averaged about 34mpg on the highway. Driving around Dallas I get in the mid to high 20’s with mixed highway and city. I did test drive a 4 cylinder which was fine, but I prefer the power of the V6. Gas mileage is only slightly less, and you get like 85 more HP. I would buy this car again in a second.
I have been coming to this location for over 12 years some experiences not so good but this time for an oil change , which turned out to be a new battery and rear brakes by far was the best and they didn't try to sell me anything not needed just to make sales. Being honest is the best way to attract new and repeat customers.
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.

The car is very ice in every aspect. I enjoy driving it and I like to look at it :)
It gives you the same value you would expect from a BMW or mercedes but for a lot less money
Last weekend, I purchased my third car with Acura Carland and I have to say, there has been a complete turn around here. Previous experiences had me not wanting to even step foot in this dealership, but I am SO glad I did! I walked in not expecting much, but not only were they able to help with concerns I had with my old car, they were able to get me into a new one that fit all of my needs. Thank you Robert, Jimmy, and Primevere for taking care of me and making me feel apart of Acura Carland. I honestly can not say enough amazing things about you all. I also have to mention that the service department is great as well. I had an issue with my apt. complex and parking the loaner car and Lakisha took care of it, no questions asked. So comfortable, elegant and easy to drive. The car barely needs any care at all and it is a pleasure to drive.
Went in to view a used BMW and the salesman was very personable, showed me the vehicle and I was able to get a good impression of the car. The salesman was very friendly and professional and was not a hard-sell person and I left with contacts for following through if I needed. I would return to this dealership if I wanted to pursue buying. Recommend this dealership as a professional place to do business.

The car has met the majority of our needs. Super smooth and super quiet going down the road. Plenty of legroom for my boys as I am 6’3 and they are approaching 6’. The only two drawbacks we have found with the car are no rear charging outlets and I was surprised not to find an automatic trunk close feature. These may sound petty, but with all the tech my family carries around front chargers just don’t cut it anymore and it’s so nice with an arm full of gear to push a button and go on the trunk. Aside from those, we are really pleased with the car. (2016 TLX SH-AWD Advance)
At Acura Carland it is obvious their mission is to look out for their customer. The personnel are always friendly, polite, and professional. When I have to go there for any service I am never stressed because I know it will be a pleasant experience. The lobby area is comfortable and clean so I usually just wait for my vehicle to be serviced.
Friendly service in a low-pressure environment. The best part was that after we made our purchase, Jose still responded to a concern we had within minutes of our emailing him. Though the dealership had no requirement to do so, they made things right for us when we found a minor problem after purchase.
Alex worked out a great deal for us quickly on a Sunday! We will definitely be back to ALM Roswell because of him 😊 I am enjoying my new Suburban.

I love my Acura's. Purchased a 2016 TLX and once again Acura has produced yet another great car. Comfortable, reliable, plenty of room. The touch screen could be improved to provide fewer distractions while using.

I test drove a 2014 Mercedes C250 and the Acura TLX. The Acura won my vote hands down. I owned my last vehicle 13 years, looking forward to a long relationship with this beauty. Absolutely stunning vehicle!

The car meets all my expectations,definitely a safe and beautiul car..i only owned it for 2 days but i like it already...wish the dealership would stand behind his products..
The plastic closure on the console armrest broke causing the top of the armrest to remain open and upright. I do use the armrest console to store items I use frequently, but it is never over packed. I contacted Ed Voyles' Acura service department and explained what had occurred and brought my car in for service. Samuel Neitzke was my service technician. After Samuel investigated the issue, he called the Acura customer service department and arranged to have a new armrest ordered for my auto. Samuel then called me, telling me that he had taken care of everything and that he would call when the armrest was installed. My sincere thanks to Ed Voyles Acura and Samuel Neitzke. I have always been impressed my the service at Ed Voyles Acura, now my wife, Suzanne says she had every intention of buying her next new auto from Ed Voyles Acura. Enjoyed the car and would still be driving it but I was in a really bad crash. It took multiple impacts and my wife and myself walked away. It was totaled.

I’ve have Car A.D.D. So I tend to change vehicles every few years; because of this I’ve owned or test driven an immense array of cars. The TLX offers more features and build quality than anything even remotely in its price class. I constantly compared the TLX to cars that cost a solid 10-15k more and only delivered a margin increase in one or two areas (the Infiniti had a more plush interior, the bmw performed better, etc) this lead me back to always feeling the Acura was best overall and provided the most bang for the buck.
Jon, the owner was very professional and accommodating! The finance
manager offered me several options and explained everything thoroughly. Jamie, my salesman made feel comfortable and treated me like family as well as the rest of the staff! *****
Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated!
