I recently took my Acura TLX into Fresno Acura for its first service. It was a very pleasant experience. I called ahead and arranged to drop the car off in the late morning. I walked to a nearby restaurant and the car was ready by the time I finished my lunch. Everything about the experience was good. I plan to continue using Fresno Acura for all of my car maintenance needs.
I learned about Salem MB when I started taking my 2005 MB there for service. Don is an exceptional service manager, and their customer service is second to none! When it was time for a new car, I chose Salem MB based on my history of great service. Needless to say I have found that every person in the dealership is exceptional! I dealt with Gayle. She was friendly, hard working, and a consummate professional! I just can???t say enough good things about my experience at this dealership!!
Highly recommend for a long distance purchase. Was the easiest and quicker purchase I have ever had, lots of deals and inventory to choose from. Carson and Matt were very helpful and excellent customer service. The team goes the extra mile to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.

The best reason by far for my loyalty is Devin Sheldon! He is so great! He'll go out of his way to make the purchasing experience comfortable. He even decorated my new car with a huge ribbon. Loved it!!
Ahmed helped me get into a new lease and lower my payments to my desired range. He made it possible for me to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. He even made it possible to get a fully loaded technology package for regular price. The whole team was very helpful and welcoming and I highly recommend their service.
