They got exactly what I wanted-no more, no less. It was a fair deal. Cassie was great working the finances. I picked up the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Cornelius went through all the bells & whistles with me. They stayed late to complete the deal when the car arrived. They worked around my hectic work schedule & stayed in touch throughout the deal without being pesky. Best car buying experience of my life!
I took my 2018 hybrid MDX in for Maintenance A16. They told me I needed an oil change and brake in fluid changed in my transmission. So the shuttle took me to work and the work was completed around 2:30pm. The shuttle picked me up promptly at work and took me back to get my car so I could get to school to pick up my kids. Everything went smoothly and I was back in my car and on my way in time to pick up my kids. 10 minutes later I get a call from the service department saying I needed to return immediately because they put the wrong fluid in my car! I had to turn around and drop off my car and get a loaner!! I was late picking up my kids, but luckily I have dear friends willing to step in when I need them! How does a tech put the wrong fluid in? I asked and the answer was,"He didn't realize it was a hybrid." WHY IS HE WORKING ON CARS IF HE CAN'T TELL IT'S A HYBRID?!?!? And why did it take 3hrs for him to realize he put the wrong fluid in?!?!?! Are they going to rebuild the transmission to get all the wrong fluid residue out of it?!?!?! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!?!?
I bought a Corvette from Acura of Memphis online and had it shipped to Arizona. They told me there were some extra wheels that came with the Corvette but it wasn't guarantee that I would get them. They ended up shipping me the wheels when they received them and I also received the car in perfect condition. Overall I'm pleased with Acura of Memphis, they did everything they said they were going to do.
Brian Richards and Doris in the service department are wonderful! You can tell they truly care about their clients. Communication and service was excellent! They go above and beyond-so appreciate them!
I am always greeted by name and with a smile. The staff finds answers to my questions and has been flexible with offering solutions. They have been able to accommodate my busy family with with a nice courtesy car, so that our life is not interrupted or inconvenienced. My kids also LOVE the snacks in the waiting area. Thank you all for always helping in such a friendly and thoughtful way Acura!
Friendly service, all my needs were taken care of in under the estimated time. I enjoyed a hot tea on a cold day while snacking on complementary snacks in the well apportioned refreshment center.
