Service is always great. Nice people and very accommodating. Been bringing my vehicles there for more than 8 yrs. Keep buying from there too just to know that the service upkeep with always be exceptional and I dont have to worry. Can't say enough great things about their service dept.
One thing that struck me as I left my 2012 Acura TSX for service recently is how clean the shop is. I had to take my car in for a recall (passenger airbag--the supplier's issues prompted recalls for numerous makes), and while I was at it, I had Acura of Johnston repair a faulty tire pressure sensor. The shop diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part in stock, gave me a cost estimate, made the repair, and did so on time. I am satisfied with the service from Acura of Johnston and would recommend an Acura to anyone. I live 125 miles away. I trust the car so much I had no trouble making the purchase even though we have no Acura dealers in Eastern Iowa. That's how highly I think of Acura.
There were no available appointments for the day and I brought my car in as the battery was dying and I was stranded at a gas station. Got the car started and drove it over to Acura and they got me in and solved my porblem.
The battery in my car totally died. After getting it started, I brought it in for a thorough check on everything related to the battery. Everything tested OK and I have had no additional issues. They worked me in, tested everything, and cleaned the vehicle. All for NO CHARGE. I live in another state and they went out of their way to help me.
The guys at Acura are above all others I???ve dealt with, my car had an issue with the fan making a Weird noise almost like a humming sound. I took it into Acura they were able to schedule me and get me right in they were also nice enough to let me use a loaner car for a few hours while I ran my errands for work they had my car fixed the same day now with no issues.
From start to finish, sales to service, my experience at this dealership was the best I???ve had in a long time - possibly ever! The sales department (Alen) was quick and professional. The finance process (Anthony) was smooth and respectful of my time. After buying my new (used) car, I asked the service department (Jeremy) to help me with a new set of tires (it???s winter in Iowa!), and they did so at a competitive price! Every interaction I had was positive and professional, and Acura of Johnston will be my first stop the next time we need a vehicle (or service)! Thank you all. Job well done.
I have the lifetime oil change plan and I love the convenience of having the plan. It???s easy to schedule service online; the service center opens at 7 and will drive me downtown and bring me back when my car is ready. They also perform an overall inspection and wash/vacuum my car.
