I was impressed with Thomas's efficiency and diligence. I didn't expect to get out of the dealership in the new car in two hours or so. Amazing! Thomas went over the lease agreement with me and contacted Geico insurance for me. Overall, Thomas was professional and truly demonstrated an asset to Paragon Acura.
These guys are really good and get the job done. We all know the dealership service dept is in business to sell services, and follow the Acura maintenance schedule. Maintenance service prices are not cheap, but are required to keep your your Acura running for many thousands of miles. You have three options- go to a local guy and pay less while maybe not getting the exact service you need, do it your self on fluids save $$$$ but you have a mess and need time and space, or use the dealer. Charlie and team are really good- and always provide suggestions on service based on mileage and service schedules. You pay what you get - no bargains but if you have an issue Charlie and team will make it right.
My experience at this dealer was very good. Howard was very knowledgeable, professional, and straight forward with all avenues of the sale (no surprises). He helped me set-up my Bluetooth and went through the car (2015 CRV) with me.
Walked in looking for a great car at a reasonable price and walked out the same day driving a certified 2015 RDX. I dealt with Paul Williams ad he was a complete gentleman. This was our fourth Acura from Acura of Bayshore (first lease) and the reason we keep coming back is because of the courtesy, professionalism and honesty of this dealership. Anthony Fratantoni, our salesman and Carlton, the Manager, were very easy to deal with and accommodating to our needs. No tricks, no "let me talk to my manager for half hour" and no pressure. Anthony wanted to know my needs for a new vehicle and the most cost effective way for me to get what I want at a fair price. No question I will be further recommending Acura of Bayshore to family, friends and co-workers. Finance Manager was also easy to deal with. No games, hidden fee's or "crazy math". What you negotiate, is what you get; professional honesty the entire buying process. Moreover, the service department is also fantastic. Tim and team go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied.
The financial Mgr Joseph Liotta over at Acura of Bayshore was the main selling point for us. His professionalism and attitude towards the way he conducted his business was 2nd to none. This is the 3rd time we're purchasing a car and by far Joe's courteousness and customer service skills was the best we've seen. He made the entire car buying process for us seem very pleasant and stress free. Joe was very accommodating to our needs and worked with us throughout the entire process. Today the check engine oil light kept coming on. As i was in the neighborhood, I just stopped by without an appointment. I arrived at lunchtime, the service managers were either out for lunch or with a customer. The senior manager, in charge of the service managers immediately stepped out of his office and helped me. He did not hesitate to get his hands dirty and check the oil level, and an oil change was promptly arranged. Now that is what I call customer service !
My husband and I were doing research on a new car. We came in on a weekend and sat down with Andrew Uffenheimer, in sales to discuss the Acura RDX 2019. Andrew was so personable and did not pressure us into anything that day and answered all our questions. We came in again the following weekend to test drive the car and again Andrew did not pressure us into leasing that day and again answered all my follow up questions. After some time we decided to lease our car that same day because of the great deal Andrew was able to get us, and could not have had a better experience from start to finish. Dimitry was also great in ensuring we went through all our paperwork that day to take the car on the spot. This is my first Acura and I love it! We just got our third MDX over the last 10 years with Curry Acura and could not be more pleased with the level of sales service we have had throughout. This time around, Andrew was our salesperson, and he handled everything for us with such clarity and professionalism... but perhaps most importantly, he listened to us and was responsive to our needs and created a package that suited us perfectly. The BDC representative Deisy was a pleasure and attentive. She followed up with me prior to and after my purchase, The salesman Jason was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted in our vehicle, The Finance Manager Yuri was amazing. He looked at all our options and found us the best possible resolution that meet our needs. And the sales manager Nick Furio' personally came out, introduced himself, shook our hands and thanked us for coming in. Overall Curry Acura did a fantastic job making our car shopping experience a great one.
