Post sale issue resolved satisfactory

About 2 months after the purchase of our Subaru Outback from Bourne's, the ABS light came on and we took it to the local Subaru dealership in Atlanta for inspection. They informed us that there was a wiring harness issue and it would be ~$4K to fix. Of course we were upset knowing that Bourne had conducted a pre-inspection of the car before the sale. We were referred to Ben Poisson at Bourne and he immediately got involved in contacting this ATL dealership to confirm the issue. Ben stated that he would send the part(s) necessary to the dealership and that it would taken care of immediately and at no cost. I was hesitant to think that it would be 100% resolved, but it was and I sincerely appreciate Ben's professionalism and positive attitude in assisting us in this matter. Thanks again Ben and Bourne!
