Our experience at McGrath Westmont as been very easy and pleasant from our first puchase of a TL there in 2004 to the purchase of our new RDX this week. No pressure and knowledgeable employees brought us back and made the current acquisition as painless as it can be.

Brand-new chassis. TLX drives with precision and performance. Acura took it to a whole new level. Suspension is outstanding and the steering is quick. Engineers did a great job this time around.

Tremendous service from start to finish. Nick L was outstanding. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone I know. I went in to buy a specific vehicle and they made sure everything was ready for me to view it. Smooth process all the way through.

I have the 2021 TLX A-Spec, which is a great looking car. I especially like the sound system, which rivals the Harmon Cardon which I had in my 2018 Kia Stinger; however, since day one I've been having noise issues. There is excessive wind noise at speeds 50mph and over. The other issue is a nagging noise coming from the steering wheel. I already left it a couple of times at the dealership, and it was fixed the second time, only to come back again. I already made a third appointment to look into it, again...

This 2021 TLX is fantastic. The ride, handling, sound system, and power are tremendous and better than the 2020 Mercedes C300, which I traded for this car. The only negative I would say about this car is that the fonts on the instrument panel are too small. The suspension dampening system is especially awesome despite the cars very heavy weight.

Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.

i was disappointed to find that castle charged an extra 3 or 4 per cent if you used a credit card my bill was over five hundred dollars so the extra charge came to an additional 15 dollars really who carries five hundred around in cash but service was good as usual

Leather seats with sunroof plus a screen display and tired spinning when i would push it, v6 and I love it , very unique exterior

I bought this new car. I love this car the design is perfect. It is perfect for my needs along with the style. The turbocharger has a small lag and I think Acura has imposed power restrictions. The back seat is very tight I think, it could have had more leg room. For the most part, I enjoy it. Perhaps the aftermarket sector could step up its power restrictions.

Needs Bluetooth apple carplay. Wireless charging is useless without it. The integration with apple and Honda needs work better (not very user friendly) if they continue to use the touchpad. The stock UI is way more efficient. Otherwise, the vehicle is AMAZING!!

SIMPLY AMAZING!!! I just want to say to everyone I dealt with at Advantage Acura Naperville, Leroy my salesman Ragad internet sales, Jordan whom did the phone contacting thank you for excellent service. I live about 1 1/2 hours away from Advantage Acura Naperville. The day I was headed there to test drive the car I was looking at Jordan contacted me to let me know the weather was not safe to travel into Naperville. I insisted in coming anyway! Then Jordan’s manager called shortly after explaining how horrible the roads were and due to safety for all he was closing to get his people home safely. They insisted I wait until the next day for no other reason than my safety. We rescheduled my appointment the next day. Jordan reached out the next morning to confirm my appointment and say safe travels. When I finally arrived at Advantage Acura Naperville I was greeted by my Salesman Leroy who was AMAZING! He didn’t push me at any point for anything. I explained to him what I needed and where I needed to be as far as my trade and numbers to having my own financing. Leroy was cool with all of that he let me do what I needed to do to make my purchase of the car I bought extremely effortless. Not one time did anyone whom I dealt with attempt to pressure me into anything. They addressed any concern or questions I had about the vehicle I purchased right away. They took the car in the shop took a look at it made sure everything was tip top changed my plates from my old car to my new one, all in extremely cold weather. Leroy even double checked everything to make sure everything was as it should be! I will most definitely send anyone looking to buy a car to Advantage Acura Naperville and tell them to ask for Leroy!!! This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

If you plan on purchase a vehicle, this is definitely the place to go for new or use vehicle! This is my second time here purchasing a vehicle. Otto got me a great deal and finance loan that will work with me! I may not got the brand new vehicle like I want 😕 But I purchase a use one just as good as a new vehicle with my fair credit 🤷‍♀️😇👼🏾

Excellent vehicle and luxurious. The experience was not extremely impressive but it met all my needs. I love the design, the power the cabin. I would definitely recommend this car.

This was my first experience at this dealership and I was very pleasantly surprised at the positive attention and service I received from the employees I had contact with at Schaumburg Kia. My first and last contact was with Christian Medina in service. He was attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable. He took care of my concerns immediately. I was also fortunate enough to have contact with Ben in parts. He helped me with getting the correct parts in a very timely and helpful manner. While waiting a short time for a new key fob to be setup in my vehicle, I had a very nice conversation with Tiffany Tremmel in sales. She also was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. What a wonderful experience to be able meet Sharon at the cashier window! Having a handwritten note of "Thank You and Come Again" on my invoice certainly was a first! All in all a great experience at Schaumburg Kia and YES, I will come back again.

This car is reliable. has all the technology up to date. low maintenance and cheap to maintain. good gas mileage. good quality materials. good value for the money paid. lots of standard features that are not standards in other brands and come at a high cost

I love all of the Acura cars I have owned. I owned 2007 TSX for 9 years. Then I leased a 2016 TLX for 3 years and was so pleased. Now I'm on another 3 year lease for the 2019. I thought about trading it in for a BMW i300 or Audi A4. I went for a test drive of those 2 cars and realized how much I would miss my Acura if I traded it in a year early. So I've decided why give it up? The KEY things that make this car great. 1) It is extremely quiet inside. Insanely mausoleum quiet! There is very little road noise, wind, or traffic sounds. 2) the seats are amazingly comfortable, especially on long rides. I highly advise paying a little extra for the leather not the pleather. The fake leather had a terrible off gassing smell. The leather is soft and supple. The gray color is beautiful 3) the car rides very smoothly and is easy to handle on the road 4) I love the newer design (especially the front). It is a classy looking car. The only drawback is the odd 2 screen technology system but it wasn't enough to turn me off from getting one. The other positives far outweight the awkward technology. I was surprised to see the 2019 had lower ratings than the 2018 and 2020 because it's a wonderful car. One other to add: the Acuras I have owned are extremely reliable. They NEVER break down.

I had an excellent experience buying a new RDX from this car dealer. Raffy was my salesperson, and he did a great job answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. I also live in Wisconsin and bought from this car dealer in Illinois and the process was extremely smooth and no extra work on my end was needed. I am very satisfied with the new car and this dealership.

After looking at other manufacturers' AWD sport sedans, I stumbled on Acura. I purchased a TLX Type S SH-AWD. I did not purchase the sport rims, which require you to change out winter and summer tires...been there done that with another car. I challenge anyone to find a better AWD performance sedan for the money. The exterior styling is aggressive, but understated which allows you to fly under the radar. It has a great exhaust note. The interior is stylish and has all the bells and whistles you expect and some you do not. The only knock I can give the car is that Apple Car play can only be accessed via wire, rather than BlueTooth. You get over that pretty quickly, though...
