Had a sports car that I have been trying to get rid of for 2 months. I had no luck selling on my own so I started checking dealerships since I needed an awd for the 8 months of Winter. Instead of the same old, same old, they seemed to be interested in helping me out of my sports car. I set a time to go back on a Saturday. I looked at their inventory and found a awd I liked. I researched my car and there's for about 3 hours that Fri. Night. I had a price in mind on Sat. They made there offer and I told them I thought it was too high. The owner was on vacation that day but they called and sent pictures of my car etc. to him. After a few minutes we agreed on a price almost where I wanted to be and I told them I wanted a full tank which they did. I am very happy. There was also a minor tire problem which was taken care of within 15 minutes of my visit to the tire store. Bill Goodwill was great to deal with as he is in no hurry and does not pressure you. The other 2 people in the office that day were also very helpful. If you need a nice car go see them.
My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Tropical Motors. We mostly corresponded through email with Ken and Jeff. Coming from Buffalo NY there was a bit of skepticism as well as miscommunication but Ken worked tirelessly and professionally to ensure we were satisfied with every aspect of the process. So far so good on the vehicle itself. Yes I would buy from them again!
They had a nice used Corvette at a reasonable price and offered me a reasonable trade in allowance on my car. The salesman was friendly and went out of his way to see that I could take delivery that day. When I left something in my old car he sent it to me so that I would not have to make the 2 hr trip back to the dealership.
I had a great experience when taking my car in for a strange noise coming from the engine. Despite the issue being abnormal, the service was still done in about a day and shuttle service to work after I dropped the car off was very convenient. Mark was great and letting me know what was going on with the car and explained the issue well to a non-car expert (me). Thanks again for the great service!
I have been dealing with Bianchi Honda for over 40 years. I have just purchased my 6th Honda and it was like all of the other times. Effortless and no drama. I have bought my second Odessey from Daniel Milhisler and it is always a pleasure to do business with hihm. Always professional and he knows his product. Dan is always available to answer any questions I might have about how to use some of the gadgets on the vehicle. He is available for this anytime in the life cycle of the van. Over the many years of dealing with Bianchi I have dealt with most of the different departments. From Sales to Service you can tell that Jason has instilled his customer care attitude throughout his organization. I have had many dealings with the service department over the years and Phil Pinyok has done a great job taking care of Bianchi customers service needs. I have never left Bianchi's not feeling satisfied that my needs were met. The quality of the Honda vehicles matched with the honest customer appreciation shown by the entire staff make it the reason that I don't go elsewhere for my transportation needs. To Jason and the entire Bianchi staff: "Keep up the good work and thank you".
Everyone there was very friendly & helpful. They took the time to make sure I understood everything and was sure I was satisfied with the car. Definitely recommend!
