My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. I brought the car in early around 7:45 a.m. and the technician Keris went over the work that was to be done. They took the car in and the work was done within an hour. After paying for the service, I left the lot by 9:00 a.m. They really made my day. Thank you for the express service.

Went in for service and leased a new Acura. Wasn???t my plan but happy with the results and good service. You have a trained knowledgeable staff. Your address should reflect Nimitz hey not ala Moana Blvd.
Keris Hayashida, took me in, even though I was early, and I was out in about 40 minutes. I know it was basic service and a safety check but it was great. Also, saw and spoke to my salesman Colin Sato, and he is always able to give updates on the new vehicles.
On November 6, I suffered a damaged right front tire on the last day before going on vacation to Japan.. I called Tom Lee, my exceptional sales person at Acura to assist in arranging for a new tire when I returned on the 17th. He made arrangements with Larry Yip, the Service representative at Acura. Everything went smoothly when I returned and arrangements were taken care of. This is my 2nd lease with Acura and intend to continue and also refer customers to Tom Lee. My sincere thank you to Larry Yip, a valuable asset to your Company too. Thank you.

The moment I stopped by here, I was not really planning to buy a car. However, EJ was really helpful and persuasive. EJ tried to get what I wanted and he was successful to get me the perfect car I wanted.
And the atmosphere in the dealer shop was friendly. People were kind and EJ and one of people there even asked me to have some sushi, probably that was about time they had a lunch together.
At the end of conversation and procedure, I finally decided to buy a car, my new Passat there. And I am sure I will recommend this place to my friend, and I will probably stop by when I want to change my car in the future.
Our experience there was good we didn’t close the deal but it was good. I don’t know that I would go back though cause when we looked at the car there were damages that were clearly noticeable which I was bummed about. I couldn’t see purchasing this vehicle with damages like that and I am surprised Honda would try and sell it like that.
The staff at the service Department was awesome and professional, did a fantastic job, coffee bar was awesome as you wait for your car the coffee Cafe came in handy and the new decore was real European
