Search the website and found 2 vehicles I was interested in. Called the Dealership and got KiWi or Chris Bowen. Made an appointment for next day at 10. The online credit app and the payment calculator came in really handy in figuring out what type of down payment , how long I wanted to finance and what rate I thought I should get based on credit score It was pretty close to what was on the contract when I bought the 08 Toyota Rav4. Very easy to work with. No haggle pricing was great. I am also a former car salesman and figured there would be the usual back and forth. I was never more wrong These guys were great all around. Recommend to all looking for a great vehicle at a great price

I visited the dealership three times within approximately one week. Each time I was treated with patience and respect - specifically by John Crider. He did not pressure me into acquisition of a Volvo, yet carefully and thoroughly explained options to me. Upon delivery of my new XC60, he again carefully explained details of the vehicle and even expected I would want to drive it once more before finalizing my decision. He has since contacted me at least twice, although I have not yet been able to return to the dealership for the licence or thorough detailing he promised - hopefully will be able to next week.
I took my 2018 hybrid MDX in for Maintenance A16. They told me I needed an oil change and brake in fluid changed in my transmission. So the shuttle took me to work and the work was completed around 2:30pm. The shuttle picked me up promptly at work and took me back to get my car so I could get to school to pick up my kids. Everything went smoothly and I was back in my car and on my way in time to pick up my kids. 10 minutes later I get a call from the service department saying I needed to return immediately because they put the wrong fluid in my car! I had to turn around and drop off my car and get a loaner!! I was late picking up my kids, but luckily I have dear friends willing to step in when I need them! How does a tech put the wrong fluid in? I asked and the answer was,"He didn't realize it was a hybrid." WHY IS HE WORKING ON CARS IF HE CAN'T TELL IT'S A HYBRID?!?!? And why did it take 3hrs for him to realize he put the wrong fluid in?!?!?! Are they going to rebuild the transmission to get all the wrong fluid residue out of it?!?!?! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!?!?
