Our sakes person was Daisy Fuentes, she did an excellent job, The car that I purchased was ready for a test drive when we first arrived. The car looked and performed very well. My trade in was evaluated and after some conversation, a very reasonable offer was tendered which I accepted. When we arrived, I seriously did not think that I would buy the car, but Daisy and the others involved made a fair offer and arranged financing, this all occurred in less than 2 hours. I am most pleased with the way that I was treated, the professionalism of the personnel, and their preparedness for my visit.

This car is the best for me. I always wanted a Beetle and then I was able to buy one in September of 2015. Love it.

I loved this Mazda, and very grateful to have 13-strong years and counting with it! Bought it new, awesome v-6 engine, fine handling (ok, bedside the poor turning radius). Never has had any serious problems. The engine smells like she's burning oil, but it's never been low when I've checked it! Great van.

The car overall is in great shape besides a few things here and there but for the year it's to be expected and we got the vehicle at a great price we brought it home all the way to Rockford and had it inspected by our mechanic and he says that we made a great choice.

Dante was easy to work with and answered all my questions. He even advised me to look at other vehicles, but I was pretty much sold on the Sienna since I had one that just died at 400 k miles. I tested 2 different ones and was very happy with the one I bought. After I drove it at night I realized the interior dash lights weren't working and Dante quickly got back to me and I brought it back, and had a loaner car while they fixed it. I rated average on the facilities, it's no frills and parking can get a little tricky, but I guess that's why they can keep the prices low. I wasn't bothered by it but just giving a heads up to others. The indoor area was fine though and had some really cool looking classics.

This is the most comfortable car for driver and passengers I have ever owned. I really like the 4-cylinder engine, a very pleasant surprise, especially coming from a V8-cylinder BMW 650i Cabriolet. It could be termed a four-wheeled computer and entertainment center. Long road trips are a pleasure.

Bought my sweet Mini Cooper cash and the dealer was honest about any issues with the used car, which was greatly appreciated. Only needed to replace a headlight bulb and turn signal switch, so for a 2003, that’s pretty amazing! Could tell they actually did an inspection and maintenance on the car because the oil was a clear golden color, clean antifreeze, air filter ect. I absolutely loved my Mini until it hit 80,000 miles. When the trans went followed in 5000 miles by the clutch, I was done. I guess I could've kept it to see if I had weathered the storm, but I was out of money by then. Engine parts and repairs are astronomically expensive. It was sad, but I had to. I still miss that car!

Great Reliable Car. Will last years if taken care of. Has a little get up and go power. A lot of body kits and accessories out there to really dress her up.

Very versatile with room for 7 or fold down the seat and have room to haul almost anything. I've only ever had to do routine maintenance. Nothing has ever broken on this car.

I sent out an interested link through cars.com and got a reply from Zach, we texted for a few days and was sure of the car i wanted. He was very honest and up front with me about what was wrong with the car, and let me make a decision knowing what problems would come with the car. Great for traveling, finally decided to started back to driving it after 5yrs. Only 77,000 miles, no problems, kept in garage. Had to buy a lock for the steering wheel, people kept trying to steal it! Looks like it just left Detroit!

I love my 2016 Ford Focus Titanium, I love how it looks sporty and gets up to speed pretty quickly.it’s very comfortable to ride in. Reliable and trustworthy! Great little car with all the bells and whistles!

Only trouble I’ve had is with the relay in the rear fuse box under the back seat.. I found a video on YouTube regarding this issue. It should be recalled. Very poor design in placing the fuse box. Had to replace the fuse box, and modify my seat to not press against the cover which burns out the relay in the fuse box. Should’ve been a shorter relay.

I had a 2007 Volvo S40T a few years back and was amazed by it, simple to work on, reliable as all xxxx, quick and a gas saver, so I recently decided to get another S40, this time I got a 2005 S40 I, yes that same diehard 5 cylinder motor, but without the turbo, and let me tell you, it's crazy fast, saves gas and is fun to drive, Love my Volvo.
