We are from Wisconsin and had towed our travel trailer down to Texas for our son's wedding. We were on our way home and stopped in Austin for a planned one night stay. That's when our Ford F150 had mechanical issues. We took it into Riata Ford and I am so happy we did. Service advisor Jon was terrific. I told Jon I was under a time deadline to return to Wisconsin for a scheduled shoulder surgery. When I explained my situation to Jon, he wasted no time in getting us back on the road in time to get back for my surgery. What otherwise may have taken a week, they did in two days! The repairs were professionally done and their customer service was outstanding. If Riata Ford was in my home town in Wisconsin, I would be a lifelong customer. Thanks Jon!

Great combination of style, performance, and luxury. Wanted 2018 or later for CarPlay, got a White AWD Ti Sport loaded with Ti Sport Performance package (Limited slip diff & Active Suspension) same as what's in the Quadrifoglio. If buying used look for that package, they don't offer it anymore in 2021 or 2022 and only on highest 2.0 trim "Estrema" in 2023 which starts at $57,500!

Very few road worthy driver's cars especially SUVs available in this price category. Alfa has done a wonderful job for the few who desire a driver's car. The acceleration, feel, cornering and handling are superb as is the steering feel and sound. A Ferrari like experience for those of us on a budget. Love it! Yes it could be lot more luxurious but then go buy a Lexus. I hope Alfa stays this way and financial and sales pressures do not force Alfa to 'soften' the ride and ruin a masterpiece driving experience like some manufacturers have done.

A while ago I shopped for a Porsche 911 and I found an interesting one at this place. Dick took almost two hours to explain everything to me, drive the car with me. Then he let me drive it, while explaining how to drive a 911. Follow-up emails were responded instantly. This was the best customer experience I ever had. Unfortunately the deal fell through, but if I'm in the market for a Porsche ever again, this is definitely the place to go.

If you think this is not a luxury SUV, you are mistaken. It has sports-car-like handling and luxury car "everything" else. The interior has been meticulously thought out to provide every possible creature comfort as well as plenty of storage room. Additionally, every accessory was included in the deal. The nav system requires a little learning curve, but is flexible beyond expectations. Again, thoroughly thought through by A-R engineering. I just cannot say too much about this vehicle. Not to mention it has been 100% trouble-free throughout ts life.

I purchased an Infiniti QX70 the experience was great no one really pressing you at all because they don't work off commission so go Robert Lee for your next car or truck he will take care of you!!!

Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

Beautiful Italian styling with performance to match! Great handling, puts a smile on my face every time I drive it! Very nice interior! Love the wood trim on the "Ti" model! People usually ask me about "reliability" and I can honestly say after one year and 9600 miles, car has been trouble free! Some folks seem surprised it "only" has a 4 cylinder engine, but trust me, this car can move! Especially in "Dynamic mode"! I think these may be undervalued right now. A rear wheel drive, internal combustion engine Alfa Romeo sedan (designed by Alfa, not an upgraded Fiat) should be a collector's item in the "electrified" future! Especially the 505 HP Quadrifoglio models!

The vehicle has exceeded my daughter expectations. Very sporty on the outside and the interior is modern. Great vehicle and would work nicely for a small family as well

Best car I’ve ever owned. Better than my $70,000 2008 BMW 535XI. Faster, nimble, fun to drive, 25mpg at 80 miles an hour, and comfortable. 3 years only 20,000 miles but great reliability. If you test drive it you will buy it if you are a car person. Make sure you buy it in red, the paint color is fabulous. Buck Cording

This car is not for everyone. It is impractical. It is noisy. To drive it fast requires your constant attention. But for the few who value a true raw driving experience, it is the most wonderful toy they could ever dream of. The mid range torque is amazing. The steering is unassisted and quick. When you drive into corners, the Alfa 4C begs you to go faster.

Took my car in for routine service. Greeted right away before I got out of my car, checked in and met with my service advisor within 5 minutes. Car was done at promised time and was washed and clean!

Best bang for the buck. Drives like a Ferrari on a Fiat budget. I never had a problem with my 2019 Stelvio Ti sport. Hightly recommend it. Enjoy!

I absolutely loath car dealers and car salesman. I have finally found legit folks and I want to spread the word. I purchased a car at Leith and it had a couple of issues. Issues they had no way of knowing about. They assured me they would fix it and they kept their word. On top of that they gave me top dollar for my trade. In the two years we have owned our Stelvio, it has met our expectations of great handling / vehicle dynamics, acceleration and design. It has exceeded our expectations in reliability (no problems so far) and efficiency (fuel economy). It is an easy SUV to live with everyday, and our only complaint -- the infotainment / interface control -- was updated and improved from 2020 on. If you value a superior driving experience but still need the space, AWD, and utility an SUV provides, this is a great choice that you won't regret.

I located a Dodge challenger at this dealership that was decently priced , So I took a trip fully expecting to buy and my first impression after meeting with Mario that it was going to be an easy sale for both of us. . He was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the sale did not happen when I was offered $17,000 for a 2019 Subaru Legacy all wheels drive premium in mint condition always garaged and serviced on time , no accidents clean record with 50,000 miles knowing it would be a hot item soon with snow arriving. Some how they dropped the ball with the offer. Obviously I did my research owning my own business and I understand they also need to make a profit so I expected at least $19 since they are on line selling in new England for $28,900 some with 65,000 miles above, I was very dissatisfied so I did visit another dealership in Connecticut that had a same year challenger for same price but went above my expectations for my trade in . I prefer to support local . I am still recommending using Bourne and please ask for Mario as he deserves the sale.

I drove this car for two year and really loved it. It’s fun to drive and the aesthetics are unmatched. I had the “base” but it’s really totally loaded and looks and feels much more expensive than it is. The maintenance was pretty easy given it’s a new car. It had no issues.

the most fun car I have ever owned and I own a 69 Roadrunner convertible. Handles like it is attached to the road, accelerates like the wind, comfortable, and so beautiful. I tell friends I now know what the hot blond feels like when she enters the room. Zero issues so far at 15K. Found a great dealer with great service. Mine is the TI Sport 4 cylinder but it goes like crazy when I want. It was supposed to be my car but can't get it away from my wife.
