Had to wait for parts but not the dealers fault. They did a good job in getting a loaner even though this jeep was not purchased from them.

Very few road worthy driver's cars especially SUVs available in this price category. Alfa has done a wonderful job for the few who desire a driver's car. The acceleration, feel, cornering and handling are superb as is the steering feel and sound. A Ferrari like experience for those of us on a budget. Love it! Yes it could be lot more luxurious but then go buy a Lexus. I hope Alfa stays this way and financial and sales pressures do not force Alfa to 'soften' the ride and ruin a masterpiece driving experience like some manufacturers have done.

The whole experience was great. We were buying and car for my granddaughter and they all were patient and understanding with our decision making to make sure we were all happy!!

Great combination of style, performance, and luxury. Wanted 2018 or later for CarPlay, got a White AWD Ti Sport loaded with Ti Sport Performance package (Limited slip diff & Active Suspension) same as what's in the Quadrifoglio. If buying used look for that package, they don't offer it anymore in 2021 or 2022 and only on highest 2.0 trim "Estrema" in 2023 which starts at $57,500!

I recently bought a 2023 Bighorn from Sam Leman and salesperson Tim Cannon. Our experience was the least stressful, most enjoyable auto purchase I've had. Tim was terrific, he showed us all their inventory, had answers for all my questions, and most importantly to me, never applied any pressure. I would recommend Sam Leman and Tim Cannon to anyone. Bought a 2022 Giulia Veloce Q4 in Vesuvio Gray Metallic with the red interior and almost every option. Absolutely love it. The best handling car in it's segment and boy is it quick. Just beautiful and well designed. Highly recommend test driving this car and see for yourself, it won't disappoint.

We had been shopping around for a newer used car so knew exactly what we wanted. After visiting several dealers who were more than dishonest with us, we ended up at Unlimited in Elwood. It was so refreshing to deal with honest people, Duane and Mike, who answered all our questions without any BS. There was an issue with the car we wanted, which was known, and they worked with us to get it repaired. The only negative was that the car was originally on their Noblesville lot and in the change, the 2nd key couldn't be found. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer for its honest and easy to work with salesmen, clean showroom, and professionalism!

I was going to buy a Giulia a year ago but didn’t due to the mostly negative review from Consumer Reports. I bought something else instead. I recently decided to buy a new Giulia Veloce. Don’t believe the negative reviews on this car! I absolutely love it! It drives fantastic! I’m 6’3” and it has plenty of room. There is nothing in this price range that I had rather have. Unlike the other reviewer here, I don’t have a problem with where the paddle shifters are. It’s a great car that puts a smile on my face every time that I drive it!

If you think this is not a luxury SUV, you are mistaken. It has sports-car-like handling and luxury car "everything" else. The interior has been meticulously thought out to provide every possible creature comfort as well as plenty of storage room. Additionally, every accessory was included in the deal. The nav system requires a little learning curve, but is flexible beyond expectations. Again, thoroughly thought through by A-R engineering. I just cannot say too much about this vehicle. Not to mention it has been 100% trouble-free throughout ts life.

I was in the market for a car and one of the 1st places I checked was Prestige Auto Mall. Even though I live an hour and half away, I had a great experience there 5 years ago. I found online 2 that I was really interested in, I called and was connected to Nate. I asked him for an honest evaluation of both vehicles and when Nate called me back an hour later, he gave a detailed and honest evaluation. We got pre-approved; Nate made the purchasing process absolutely painless. The day we came up to purchase the vehicle I learned it was actually Nate’s day off, he took his time and treated us like royalty. We love our new vehicle and would highly recommend Nate and Prestige; they are very transparent with the CarFax and showing the vehicles. We also interacted with Jeff, one of the General Managers, who was very helpful and kind during the process. Great place to buy a car and in my opinion they have great inventory of quality vehicles.

This car is not for everyone. It is impractical. It is noisy. To drive it fast requires your constant attention. But for the few who value a true raw driving experience, it is the most wonderful toy they could ever dream of. The mid range torque is amazing. The steering is unassisted and quick. When you drive into corners, the Alfa 4C begs you to go faster.

The sales person (Robbin) and GM (Ray) were very pleasant and accommodating. Everyone I encountered at the dealership were pleasant. The building was old but well kept. My only complaint was the time that I spent at the dealership to by the vehicle-6 + hours. This did include the test drive and appraisal of my vehicle, but, by far, the most time I have ever spent buying a vehicle. That said, I would still return for my next vehicle and would recommend both Robbin and the dealership.

Since the infotainment update in 2020 the technology in this vehicle is really good! But who cares when it's literally the best driving car on the road right now. Fantastic acceleration and handling, neck snapping good looks, I'm really good fuel mileage to boot!

I like the car. It has nice features and state of the art electronics. What I don't like are the paddles to manually control the transmission. They are HUGE, placed between the steering wheel and the light controls on the left and the windshield wiper control on the right. I've had paddles on other cars that were not so obnoxiously obtrusive. This is something that I'm sure few people would use regularly so making them so large was ridiculous. They seem to be designed for a race car driver! I intend to ask Alfa Romeo if they can be removed. For the few times that I use this in the snow I can do just as well with the console shift. I also think the tires should have more tread. They look like they absolutely should not be driven in snow.

The sales associate, Jeffrey Rightnar, was really excellent. Very professional, yet able to balance professionalism with a casual demeanor to make my wife and I feel comfortable. I have never worked with a car salesman who knew the vehicle they were selling as well as Jeffrey did. And that's saying a lot, both from the number of cars I have bought and we were buying an EV. Jeffrey should be teaching other car salespeople how to do it right.

I drove this car for two year and really loved it. It’s fun to drive and the aesthetics are unmatched. I had the “base” but it’s really totally loaded and looks and feels much more expensive than it is. The maintenance was pretty easy given it’s a new car. It had no issues.

Bought a 2016 Maserati Gran Turismo from Ismail and couldn't be happier. Sent an email via cars.com on Sunday night at 8:50 got a return email at 9:00 from Ismail who was great to deal with.As it was a 6 plus hour drive they held the car for me.The car was exactly as represented.There was a small imperfection on the rear bumper which I would have been ok with touching up but they wanted to repaint the bumper. Ismail then told me that as we had travelled so far they would deliver the car to our home.It arrived on time as promised. I am very fussy about bodywork and they did an excellent job. Miller has a mind blowing inventory and were super friendly and took great care of us. Would return to Miller and Ismail without hesitation. Thanks!

Beautiful Italian styling with performance to match! Great handling, puts a smile on my face every time I drive it! Very nice interior! Love the wood trim on the "Ti" model! People usually ask me about "reliability" and I can honestly say after one year and 9600 miles, car has been trouble free! Some folks seem surprised it "only" has a 4 cylinder engine, but trust me, this car can move! Especially in "Dynamic mode"! I think these may be undervalued right now. A rear wheel drive, internal combustion engine Alfa Romeo sedan (designed by Alfa, not an upgraded Fiat) should be a collector's item in the "electrified" future! Especially the 505 HP Quadrifoglio models!

Almost bought a Mercedes Benz CLA 35. Drove the Alfa Giulia it is one of the best handling fun to drive cars in its class. Great performance and style. Most people don't even know what the Alfa Romeo is. Gets a lot of looks. (Pull my over RED) Too early to tell on reliability only 500 miles on the second one. I can say the Alfa Giulia is safe in a accident. I was hit in the rear quarter panel at 60 MPH spun around and hit another vehicle the Alfa was totaled walked away without a scratch . Bought a second one !

Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

Everything is great EXCEPT the wind noise. I’ve had a busted driver door seal replaced, no change. Had the door adjusted and Alfa techs said it was normal, again no change to me. So I guess if you can live with the door sounding like it’s slightly open all the time.

BEST PURCHASING EXPIERENCE FROM A DEALER! As a Female i am super wary of just going into a dealership alone. Not this one! They are all super friendly and super professional. Kosta was my salesman and he was super knowledgeable about the Grecale that i had never even heard about before! I originally went in to look at a Levante suv. Next thing you know we spent 2 hours at the dealership going over the models and test driving and they gave me so much attention i ended up buying the car same day! OMG I CANT BELIEVE I DID THAT ~_~. They even said when i move to Florida they will help me ship it! I love them! Highly recommended! Super hospitable bunch, Christian the general manager even came over to make sure everything was being done at a high level, very impressed.
