2015 Lincoln Navigator and Dealership Review

Over the years I have purchased approximately 18 new vehicles with different dealerships. Of all the dealerships I have dealt with Gordie Boucher has been heads above all others. Their service advisor, Dawn Kelly, is by far the best I have ever worked with. She has total commitment to her customers and provides outstanding customer service. She is a tremendous asset to the Gordie Boucher dealership.
I wish my experience with the Lincoln Navigator was the same. Since purchase, in 1/15 it has been in the shop approximately 21 times for what I consider major items. Some examples; front heated seats control module replaced, tail gate replaced due to rust, windshield (cracked) replaced, CS wheels replaced (peeled), replaced climate control blower motor and core assembly, front drivers seat bottom cover cracked, battery replaced, lower trim replaced on door due to paint peeling, If it was not for the warranty my cost to repair these issues would be in excess of $14,000. Needless to say this has been my first Lincoln purchase and probably my last due to the reliability this vehicle has demonstrated
