Initial sales contact was within a half a day. Treated with respect and honesty. very cool the way they emailed a slideshow of the dealership and car I was interested in.
Follow up was just enough without being overwhelming.
Unfortunately they sold the car I was interested in. I will continue to keep my eye on this dealer for a car. Again, treated with professionalism and courtesy throughout the experience.
Margaret was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. She was was professional and knowledgable while showing us the used vehicle we were interested in. She worked very hard to meet our financial needs and provide us the discount we needed to take the car home! Not only did they make sure everything was top notch, they were completely transparent in regards to the vehicle itself. There was a small crack at the bottom of the windshield that we didn't even notice but Margaret pointed it out right away and assured us that they would replace the windshield at no charge! We were also extremely impressed with the hospitality of everyone we encountered at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati during the waiting process and would reccomend this dealership on the friendliness alone.
Marcos, did an exceptional job taking care of me. When I dropped my car off, he explained everything the service consisted of and when I came back to pick it up, he explained everything that was done to the car (there was a recall that was done also (he called me to inform me of the work prior to doing it)), just to make sure I was happy and understood everything. I live in Evans, Ga and I take the extra trip to Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet in Augusta, Ga, because of people like Marcos.
Great Service. I had a couple of pleasant experiences inquiring about a used DB9 and a Vanquish. All personnel I had contact with were professional and cordial.
Too bad I did not find the right car with them. I will definitely try again in the future.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with friendly service, which made me feel at ease. I spoke to Cody, Roger and Scott during my process and never felt pressured. They were focused on me as a potential customer and answered all my questions. I have been looking at used Mercedes Benz for months but never felt welcomed by salesman at other dealerships. I would buy from these guys again. They are awesome and you won’t be disappointed.

We found the Mercedes we never thought we would have. It’s a white 2014 gl450 and it was obviously well taken care of before us. We dealt with Rick who was very responsive and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was pleasant to talk to. The cars they have on their showroom are insane. It kept my 10 yo and 7 yo occupied, kind of like Disneyland for car enthusiasts except you cannot touch anything. :) We worked the deal and came to agreement on terms, much better that I thought we would. Most of the communication was through text messaging which is perfect. We went to the dealer to test drive on a Friday and after some more research and a little comparison shopping we bought on the following Wednesday. With Rick’s help this was the car for us. Very low pressure and very helpful. I bought the extended warranty, originally the price was too high the finance guy came back “at cost” who knows, but after calling around and checking online I feel like we got an awesome deal on that too.
Always pleasure working with Hassan at TBin. He doesn’t put any pressure to you just to sale you anything, he gives your space to decided on your own decisions. I recently purchased a used Aston Martin from O'gara, Beverly Hills. The gentleman I dealt with, Terence, was very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable about the car and diligent about getting answers to my questions. The only thing I regret about the experience is going down there to look at the car before closing the deal. Terence offered to ship the car for me (I was several hours away) and to save me the hassle of having to come in. I should have taken him up on it, but I didn't want to buy without having physically put my hands on the car. Needless to say, when I arrived at the dealership and saw the car, I liked it even more than I did when viewing it online, and we wrapped up the deal straight away. The finance/desk manager (her name presently escapes me) was (as would be expected) also very pleasant and professional. All in all, an entirely pleasant experience. I looked at several other vehicles they had at the dealership (mainly for laughs; I had my mind made up on the Vantage already), and their selection was superb. I highly recommend O'Gara Beverly Hills.
I took in a Porsche that the Porsche dealer was doing a terrible job on a minor service request, and Joaquin at Aston Martin Service fixed my problem right away. The service department at this dealership is excellent.
This place is amazing. Stars or ratings do not do justice to the experience that is Aston Martin. Joaquin is service is quite helpful and their sales department is delightful. All of their phone extensions end in 007.... Wonder why that is???
