I took in a Porsche that the Porsche dealer was doing a terrible job on a minor service request, and Joaquin at Aston Martin Service fixed my problem right away. The service department at this dealership is excellent.
We were shopping for an E Class Mercedes and I found an E400 Coupe at Star Motor Cars and contacted Mr. Antonio Hinajosa. The entire process from start to finish was a great experience. The Mercedes is outstanding. This was the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle sight unseen and without a test drive. The transaction as well as the delivery of the vehicle. I have been to many dealerships and know many car salesmen. There are very few that I can say are honest, fair, and provide excellent service. Justin on the other hand was one of the few. He sold me an excellent car, at a very fair price, and went above and beyond to make sure I drove the car home that same day. Tate was absolutely amazing. I met him the second time going into Exclusive Automotive Group/ Aston Martin / Bentley. He showed me the Rapide S they had which was beautiful. He did not pressure me at all to buy and was very courteous. The experience with him and the car left an impression so I returned again to see about purchasing the vehicle. Tate was very accommodating and thorough in explaining everything to me. The process was luxury at it's finest. I recommend this dealership and Tate of course. He was responsive to my texts when I had questions without hesitation.

Nice location nice choice of cars high-end cars obviously but at the time I went there some of the staff is kind of snobby judge you judging the book by the cover telling you not to sit in the car going to go back hopefully staff has a different attitude

I contacted the dealership and Jamal at Porsche of Stevens Creek helped me get my truck. I got such a great deal that now all my buddies are checking out the site too! LOL! I would highly recommend using this site to anyone looking for a car. They prepped the vehicle and it was in PRISTINE condition! Unlike other dealerships which presented cars that looked like they had just been towed! Being a Porsche dealership you expect the best and that's what you got. I can actually say I went to the Porsche dealership and bought a vehicle! It just happened to be an lifted 06 Chevy Duramax 2500 LBZ! If I ever win the Lotto I'll go back to Jamal!
I took my Leaf in for a recall, which was actually an update of the Carwings service, and the service department said they would do an inspection of my vehicle also. I totally expected that some things would be found to "repair" as my experience had been at other dealerships in the past. Blake reviewed the inspection report after everything was completed and showed me that every item on the list checked out as "excellent". I was shocked! Thank you Bellevue Nissan
