I got the new guy,John Alexander.He was calm ,cool, and collected.I had a small issue with a wheel sensor and the guys "in the back" could not be more attentive.Really a great group of people down there.

Went in today to test drive a 2013 Alpina B 7. I would have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was given the 5 star treatment. Didn't make a purchase yet, still weighing other options, but that isn't a reflection of the buying experience.
The dealership were professional in answering my 101 questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured, the perfect environment for car shopping in my opinion. When I asked if they would be ok with me taking it to an outside mechanic if I were to return to purchase, Mike the Sales Manager told me:
"Sure, that's ok with us. Matter of fact, why don't you just tell us which mechanic to take it to and save yourself the drive here?"
That right there blew me away. I have bought lots of cars before, and never has a dealership offered to do that before. Great customer service.

This was by far the best experience i have had at any dealership. Not only was the Salesman polite, but he was friendly and he was able to get us a great deal. He wasn't pushy as some dealerships are. I live 1.5 hours from this dealership and that should tell you how much i enjoyed my experience that i would drive an hour and a half to buy a car from them. Yes the car was a great deal, but if this place was bad, i would have walked from the deal.
Michael Harney was our salesperson and from start to finish we had our new car in 24 hours, registered, inspected ,gassed up and ready to drive away! He is definitely a great asset and we were lucky to do business with him. Kudos to Guzik for recognizing a smart salesman. Michael represents your business very well. This is a small dealership and after visiting half dozen large ones in the city, I will go here again next purchase. Michael and Guzik , THANKS!
Very Good, Lou explained the repairs in detail. Was friendly and offered advise on general maintenance. He was this way with everyone who came in to have their cars serviced. PS the car drove better than it had in years.
Excellent service, take great care in explaining all details of a vehicle from performance to sales! I would strongly recommend North End Mazda and Subaru since I have owned both!
