Zach worked hard to quickly close my deal and get me into my new work van. He knew I drove a long way to look. The vehicle was clean, under book price, good running and just what I needed. He probably could have taken advantage of me on price, but didn't even try. He saved me enough from my planned budget that I was able to include a warranty (3rd party but high rated) factored into the financing. I also went in with a pre approval letter from a major lender and he saved me 5 points by using a local credit union! Hey Zach, I'll be back my friend. Highly recommend these folks!

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Love my A3! I'm 5'7" medium build and the car fits like a glove. Highly responsive and agile. Make no mistake the 2.0 will put you in your place and press you deep into the seat . Great head rest. I recommend proper seat positioning. This isn't a car your gonna truly control without the support. I highly recommend one if you can get one. Enjoy. I know I do.

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

This A3 is the S-line 1.8t. Even though it’s not the 2.0 Quattro, this little car is quick and handles very nice on curves! It’s very precise steering. Over all its a nice, reliable, stylish sporty and comfortable car.

First let me say I hate buying a car because of the process most dealerships go through to sell you a car. Now that I have said that, I experience I had at Audi Boulder was a totally different experience. I originally contacted the dealership over 1-1/2 years ago and spoke with a salesman regarding the TT as I was thinking of upgrading my 2001 TT and wasn't sure if I should purchase then or wait for the new enhanced 2016 model. He suggested waiting for the 2016 model and so I did. The dealership kept in touch with me off and on through the next year and the original salesman left the dealership. I then was contacted by Jeremy Forcier. He let me know when the model of the 2016 was at the dealership and we set up a time to drive it. It was a fun test drive; the way the car drove, the different drive options, and the technology was awesome. I had specific requirements of my next car and Jeremy and I explored the Audi exclusive option where I could get the color I wanted and the packages I wanted right from the factory. I had a specific timeframe in mind and left the dealership with information. I was not pressured in any way to "buy it now" which would have made me not come back. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being pushy. I returned in October and ordered my car, the way I wanted it. Jeremy suggested the tan interior which I was skeptical but agreed. Jeremy kept me in touch throughout the process of the car being built. Just recently the car arrived at the dealership and we made an appointment to pick it up -- I was so excited to see the new car. We made an appointment for 6:00 pm and Jeremy was very patient with me, showing me how to be able to drive the car and doing some initial set up. The price came in right where we had discussed back in October. Matt was great in getting the financial piece together and soon I was pulling out of the lot in the brand new car. By the way, my skepticism about the tan interior was totally unfounded, it looks beautiful -- THANK YOU JEREMY! The service staff contacted me the next day and we scheduled the tinting, clear bra, and interior protectant and when I arrived to pick it up from these services, Jeremy again took time to walk me through some other items we didn't have time for before - voice training, different buttons and radio presets, and garage door opener. I know this is a long story but what I wanted to show is the level of commitment this dealership has to its customers. Jeremy was wonderful to work with before, during, and after the sale and I so appreciate his easy manner, wealth of knowledge and patience with me learning (I think he had to tell me 3 times on the voice training to say each number one-one-five-three instead of eleven fifty three). I have my perfect car thanks to Audi Boulder!

Let me just start by saying Eli Buchanan at the Audi Boulder Service Center is an outstanding representative and made a vacation weekend stay on schedule after a car emergency. I had a couple of friends visiting in town and we were set to go to Keystone this weekend for some New Years skiing. On the Wednesday night before the weekend excursion, my driver side door sensor would not read the the car door was shut. The car could no longer be locked by remote or manually. I took it in Thursday morning to see if Audi Boulder could do anything to help me and still make our vacation on time. They took the car in and gave me a nice 2017 Q5 to use in its absence. They assured me I could take it on vacation if my car wasn't done in time. I received a message later that day that my car would be ready tomorrow afternoon. I called explaining that I was trying to leave early in the morning could they have the car ready any sooner. I did not hear back again until Friday morning at 9 that my car was ready. I was amazed! I also had a service planned already for next week and they completed that as well! Originally they told me the car was going to be covered under CPO with an $85 deductible. However later found out, that this was for the previous owner and did not transfer to me. The cost of the repair was $600 with out the CPO coverage. Eli Buchanan waived the whole cost when I returned to pick up my car, so now I didn't even have to pay the $85 deductible. Truly amazing service and an amazing experience! I would recommend service with Eli Buchanan at Audi Boulder to anyone!

I couldn't be happier with the car I bought and the overall experience. First of all unless it means alot to you to be in a fancy dealership (keep in mind that you are paying for all of that glitz with hidden fees ) and to have a brand new vehicle (let someone else pay the depreciation) this is the place to get a low mileage, sporty, sharp car with no hidden fees. I wanted a mid size SUV and test drove 9 different cars at 4 dealerships and every time we got down to the numbers I couldn't get out of any dealership without being in the $20,000 to $24,000 range after taxes, delivery/handling fees and added on BS. One Nissan dealer added $1,900 to the price of the car with a "convenience package" that included a clear bra, tinted window and floor mats. Who is that convenient for? The sharpest Ride has the lowest delivery and handling fee I've seen and beyond taxes which we can't avoid paying there really were no other unnecessary charges. I got exactly what I was looking for-a top of the line 2013 Nissan Rogue SL with 37K for miles and I was WELL BELOW $20,000 out the door taxes and everything. My sales man Miguel R. was a pleasure to work with. I actually enjoyed this experience instead of feeling like I was being schmoozed and manipulated. I bought a 2016 A3 convertible premium plus package. While it is very stylish and pretty car. Inside there is no voice activation and Siri on apple phones gets shut off every time phone syncs to car . Also no power seats. It was A pricey car for the little options you get. Performance and style are the two big winners with this car.

I had recently been working with the sales team, Jeff Enquist, for the purchase of a replacement vehicle for an Audi TDI that was scheduled to be bought back as a result of the diesel settlement. I had been in communication with Jeff on an ongoing basis over a 3+ month period to locate vehicles that matched my criteria. Jeff's continued follow-up is exactly what I have come to expect from my local Audi team. On the day that I eventually identified and decided on a vehicle, Jeff had the vehicles warmed up and ready to test drive prior to my arrival which was helpful considering Boulder was still digging out from an 8 inch snow storm 24 hours prior. I would recommend Audi Boulder (Kuni) as my experience from Sales to Finance to Service/Parts has been and was exceptional during this recent purchase.

I started looking for a car Aug '15 and found myself test driving a Q7 at Prestige Audi in Lakewood. The office was nice and the staff friendly but no deals being haggled to reel me in. I stayed with my Murano until this spring when it decided it was ready for a new owner. I decided the Q5 was a better fit for my budget and started looking at Audi Denver. I e-mailed a sales representative and we were off to a good start, I looked at a used Q5 on the lot and a new Q5 on the lot. Neither seemed right for me. The new Q5 was $4k more than I was willing to spend and they weren't budging no matter how much they said "we want to make this work, what can we do to get you in this car." I started looking at other inventories because I wanted a light exterior and interior which is rare apparently since everything is black interior. I saw that Audi Boulder had a car that fit my style and had a slightly lower price tag that would reduce the $4k to $1k. I contacted the agent at Audi Denver I had been working with, when I had left the dealership the day before he said they are able to make swaps and get me whatever I would like. His return e-mail about the car I was inquiring about said something like "I don't have a stock car to trade for this one." The day before he was bragging that they had the largest inventory in Colorado. Well... I gave him the chance and he blew it. I got in touch with Audi Boulder. I was straight up, "here is what I want the cost at, here are some of the reasons I can qualify for a discounted price" (Costco member, trade in value, competing brands in household). Within minutes Katie O'Neill had set everything up and we got the ball rolling. I reserved the car without visiting the dealership and the next day Katie lined everything up via phone and e-mail so it would be short and easy once I got the to dealership. I was very impressed with Katie, she was a no xxxxxxxx kind of girl and got me all the information I needed to feel confident in my purchase. She went beyond and did her due diligence to figure out I wasn't receiving the coverage that I thought I had been through Farm Bureau. She helped me set up a new insurance policy and gave me great recommendations. She knows everything there is to know about the cars and even had my MMI system up and running before we had signed the documents. She told me where I could save money and where it would be worth the extra. I appreciated the advice as a first time car buyer. I love my car and I can't say thank you enough to the Audi Boulder Team for helping me and especially Katie O'Neill. I also got to with with Matt Logue and he treated me like a friend. When I went back the next week I was very happy to be recognized by those I had worked with.

My wife and I both liked the Outlander PHEV so much we both wanted one. We sent them and offer with prices for our existing car and what we would pay the PHEV. They called back a few days later excepting the offer and had all the paper work ready to go when we showed up. The transaction was smooth and deal was exactly what we had requested (first time as dealers typically try to pull a fast one lowering the car price with the trade in). If they did a little renovation, it would be a fantastic dealership. It's beyond dated though. That's is the only down side.

Twice now I have used the team at Prestige Inports to service my Cars, and both times have been great. The first time I brought my Audi in because it was making a weird noise. It took them a while to diagnose and fix the problem, but they nailed it. No one else was able to figure it out. The second time, I brought my ???78 928 in for an alignment. And they got it just right. When the mechanic took it for a test drive, he wasn???t entirely pleased, so he aligned it again. And it is perfect now. It drives like a brand new car. Thank you for taking such great care of my cars!

I love this car. I upgraded from a Hyundai Veloster - I prefer small to mid-sized cars and this was the perfect size for me. I spend about 75% of the time in the car alone, but have drive over 600 miles each way on a trip with 4 total adults and there is more than enough room. The car is very responsive, has all the gadgets I need - may I need some more cup holders. I don't see myself selling this car anytime soon - I usually get a new one ever 3-4 years, but this is a keeper.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
True driving performance

Great front seats for 2, with a small rear jump seat ok for a couple of young kids or dogs. This A3 has all the options and is an absolute blast to drive.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I was ready to go to a smaller car after driving SUV's and this car was perfect. Excellent handling, quality built, extra safety features, beautifully styled interior, truly a luxury to drive! It's a 4 door but feels like a little sports car.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.
Buy the Quattro

I came out of a 2014 A4 Quattro that was a dream vehicle until someone ran a red light, totaling it, and still undecided about the A5, I went with the A3 1.8T (I was driving many miles for work and wanted something with great mileage). For the money, it's a very good car. However, I had a coolant leak which has been wreaking havoc on my electrical system. The car has been in the shop 5 times in last 90 days. Still waiting to see what the dealer will be doing, but I really want another A3, this time with Quattro, as they're made better than the front wheel drives and I want another A3 because I think the styling is better than the new A4's. Plus, the car is a blast to drive. Audi has the best handling in my opinion, and I've owned both Mercedes and BMW's.

Great performance, weird interior features

I love the performance and handling, but the interior features are awkward and not user-friendly. The MMI menu system is a dial in push mechanism with a counterintuitive entry system. The seat recline adjustment is a dial wedged between the door and the seat and is very difficult to access and manipulate . At the price of this vehicle, it should be an electronic adjustment.

First let me say I hate buying a car because of the process most dealerships go through to sell you a car. Now that I have said that, I experience I had at Audi Boulder was a totally different experience. I originally contacted the dealership over 1-1/2 years ago and spoke with a salesman regarding the TT as I was thinking of upgrading my 2001 TT and wasn't sure if I should purchase then or wait for the new enhanced 2016 model. He suggested waiting for the 2016 model and so I did. The dealership kept in touch with me off and on through the next year and the original salesman left the dealership. I then was contacted by Jeremy Forcier. He let me know when the model of the 2016 was at the dealership and we set up a time to drive it. It was a fun test drive; the way the car drove, the different drive options, and the technology was awesome. I had specific requirements of my next car and Jeremy and I explored the Audi exclusive option where I could get the color I wanted and the packages I wanted right from the factory. I had a specific timeframe in mind and left the dealership with information. I was not pressured in any way to "buy it now" which would have made me not come back. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being pushy. I returned in October and ordered my car, the way I wanted it. Jeremy suggested the tan interior which I was skeptical but agreed. Jeremy kept me in touch throughout the process of the car being built. Just recently the car arrived at the dealership and we made an appointment to pick it up -- I was so excited to see the new car. We made an appointment for 6:00 pm and Jeremy was very patient with me, showing me how to be able to drive the car and doing some initial set up. The price came in right where we had discussed back in October. Matt was great in getting the financial piece together and soon I was pulling out of the lot in the brand new car. By the way, my skepticism about the tan interior was totally unfounded, it looks beautiful -- THANK YOU JEREMY! The service staff contacted me the next day and we scheduled the tinting, clear bra, and interior protectant and when I arrived to pick it up from these services, Jeremy again took time to walk me through some other items we didn't have time for before - voice training, different buttons and radio presets, and garage door opener. I know this is a long story but what I wanted to show is the level of commitment this dealership has to its customers. Jeremy was wonderful to work with before, during, and after the sale and I so appreciate his easy manner, wealth of knowledge and patience with me learning (I think he had to tell me 3 times on the voice training to say each number one-one-five-three instead of eleven fifty three). I have my perfect car thanks to Audi Boulder!
Luxury feel, sports-car drive, elegant cockpit

A dream to drive. The cockpit is one of the best-laid out, most comfortable, elegant looking, and intelligently engineered. The drive is as smooth as you expect from a high-end luxury car but handles like a sports car. Can't comment on long-term reliability yet, but can say it is beyond a pleasure to drive.
