I had a great experience working with Ian and then Kathy at Audi Bend. They made it easy for me to select my new A4 allroad. Also, days later David, the tech guru, went over all the interior features with me. He took his time to show me how to operate everything! I appreciate his time and expertise as I never would have used a few features.

I had a good experience getting my vehicle serviced. The staff was friendly and very courteous and since my service was longer than a couple of hours and i had an appointment they offered a loaner vehicle which was greatly appreciated.
Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.
Yesterday I picked up my 3rd used car from the Audi Connection in Cincinnati, Ohio and I don't live in that state. Four years ago I had a little extra time before a sales call and I stopped in the Audi Connection dealership and gave Greg Meyer an opportunity to tell me about Audi quality engineering. I invested in an Audi after that conversation with Greg and I went back two subsequent times and bought cars. I was treated very well by everyone in the dealship that first day I went into the dealership, and that level of appreciation and respect continues every time I go back. I'm glad I gave Greg Meyer the chance to tell me about Audi's in depth quality assembly process which translates into trouble free driver experience. In my 4 years driving the Audi's that Greg sold me I have never had any problem with any of my cars. Not one trouble warning light, not one misfire, not one manufacturing oversight just simply exceeded driving expectations. One feature I really like is the Audi's unique Quattro drive, in the rain, in the snow I'm the 4 door sedan passing the Suv's. Thanks to Butch, Greg, and Gib a professional team that supports a great product with strong knowledgeable service.
We have been to many dealerships over the last 20 years and not all experiences have been good. John Hinderer was one of the good ones. We told them up front we would be honest and we asked the same from them. We felt like they delivered on that promise and we didn't feel pressured at all. We would definitely go back and we would definitely recommend them to everyone. Our salesman Dustin Boucher was great otherwise it wouldn't have went any farther. Aubrey was an incredibly professional and honest salesman. I needed a new (used) vehicle suddenly and Aubrey stayed late to take me on several test drives and encouraged me to look over the vehicles thoroughly. He combed through other dealership inventories to accommodate all the boxes on my extensive checklist and followed up to ensure I had a good experience. I recommend this Audi, but highly recommend this salesman.
We live in NC and purchase a beautiful 2017 BMW 540i from them after reviewing on truecar.com. Office forgot to send us the title at first but they resend it later by UPS. Car is beautiful, we love it! Excellent service from Steve! He replied every question and is always available for help.
The experience I encountered was great service. I didn’t actually visit dealership physically. But online I was given tremendous assistance without delay. So I can only imagine the service at Audi north Miami. On 1-10 scale, I give 10 rating!!
My husband and I recently bought an Audi Q5 at Audi Norwell, and we love it! We worked mostly with Laura Erickson, an Audi Brand Specialist, who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and always kept her sense of humor. When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Norwell.
