Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.

Audi Albany is a first-class place to have car serviced. Beautiful, clean shop. Work done right the first time. Great service, nice showroom and knowledgeable staff - not sure what you could ask for (well I guess you could ask for lower prices, but dealers are known for their low prices LOL).
I'm so excited to be taking home my 2018 A3 today! The whole team at Atlantic Audi, including management Ali, Rich, Jhon and Brendan, all made my buying experience exceptional. Beginning with Nicole in BDC, who helped guide me in finding the right features I was looking for. This dealership is very friendly and always willing to work with your needs and budget. We had an amazing experience at Gossett Audi from the minute I walked in and was greeted by Will George. I was not sure which vehicle that I wanted but Will took a lot of time with me and was very patient while I was deciding. Obviously the car was very important to me but the customer service that I received was also. My experience at Porsche’s in Wallingford was a great one. The purchasing transaction was seamless. Communication with the salesperson was very good. The three persons that I encountered were very professional.

Jonathan at Audi Birmingham did a great job getting me into a beautiful Q7. I was an out of town buyer and did the entire transaction remotely so trust was critical. Everything was 100% as represented to the last detail. Car was even better than the pix. Jonathan even met me over 2 hours away with the car. Big thanks!
Our salesman was Wayne Clarke, and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and was very accommodating. Overall all lt was a great car buying experience.
Salesman did a great job and delivered the car to my house and thoroughly went through the workings with me and my son. Only minor issue is that he said he was going to follow up with a call a few days later and didn't. Also, we bought a new A4 that when delivered had scratches in the paint and on the hood.
He said they would buff out the scratches but we still haven't heard from him.
Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.
I never thought I would get an audi because I used to heard a lot of concerns about euro auto qualities. I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure.
I ordered an Audi Q7 remotely
The rep and financing manager were courteous and fast to process the deal. It took only a few days to have the whole contract signed and the car shipped. The car mileage and Carfax report were as displayed online.
I asked the rep if the car had no specific damage that I couldn;t see on pictures he said no but there were actually several scratches on the inside plastic nothing huge but still disappointing
The manual included was for another model (TT)
Overall a good experience with a courteous and responsive team I'd recommend working with them
