We drove from Dallas to Houston on 2/1/24 to buy a Kia Niro EV from the new HGreg.com dealership on Southwest Freeway. Great experience! We had an appointment with Kenny, and he took care of everything: test drive, sales paperwork, having the car detailed before we finished, etc. He also knew EVs and answered all of our questions about the vehicle's operation and remaining warranty. Although we had already selected our vehicle, we saw that there is an EXTENSIVE late-model inventory available. This dealership is fully staffed, and we felt that we received plenty of attention to make sure the process went smoothly, with no pressure at any point. We'll buy from here again!

Has a great balance of doing all categories well. Quick car with a quick ECU tune. Perfect reliability with zero issues so far at 60,000 miles.

H worked with us and made us very comfortable. Took a video for 30 minutes to show me the inside and outside. Something that was very important purchase google carr.com reviews. I’m not sure about some of the bad reviews but we had a wonderful experience. When we flew in and got to the car dealership, H told us he did not want us to buy this vehicle without feeling absolutely comfortable. Allowed us to test drive it huge answered all of our questions. Bought used and owned for over a year now and this car is amazing! smooth ride, great fuel economy, luxurious and very well crafted. I have been in an accident with this car and it held up very well and is a super sporty yet safe and practical car. 10/10 would recommend!!

Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.

It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I bought my brand new A3 a few weeks ago. I am the first owner in our area to own the new 2022 A3. I can tell you I love this car. It’s quiet, nimble, and gets great gas mileage. My first tank was 40 mpg. I love the small size and luxury quality about this car. It drives so smooth and it’s quick when you need to be. I always drive it sport mode and paddle shift myself. By having it in sport mode and paddle shift the transmission responds quicker. I have the premium with Quattro and zero to 60 time is 6.3 seconds. It’s not a sports car that’s the S3 job, but it’s a small premium luxury car that’s a joy to drive.

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

I was on my second leased Audi and the lease was coming in 2025. Elijah Khan called and told me if I turned in my car now that he could put me in a 2025 Audi and keep my payments the same. I hadn't really thought about it but I decided to find out. I left there with a 2025 Audi Q5, same color as my second Audi. So I'm on my third Audi from Audi West Houston and I'm very happy!
