Wow! Never been so impressed with a dealership & my praise doesn't come easily. I come in the door skeptical & knowing the salesperson is trying to make a sale, but probably doesn't have my best interest at heart. I'm a single mother & expect the salesperson to take advantage of that...but Roy didn't. This is the 2nd newer used car I've bought. I took my time on this one & visited MANY dealerships. I was very open about that & Roy never seemed judgemental or too pushy about buying with him or his dealership. He let me look (uninterrupted), but was there when I had questions. I visited his dealership WHILE TEST DRIVING a vehicle from a different dealership. No problem! He not only allowed me, but offered to me & recommended I test drive several vehicles! By several....at least 3-5 with his dealership alone plus 5 more at other dealerships as I was struggling with staying in a crossover/SUV versus downsizing to small car. Everything was at MY convenience... squeezing in my visits, shopping, texts, questions, etc... between working full time, running kids from school to football to basketball & more. He was never too pushy when I didn't return a call or text for too long. He realized I have a busy life. When I had 15 minutes to return a car I was test driving....He quickly got the keys and let me leave without trying to keep me there and take more time. He gave me options that were in my budget. Never pushed further. Although, I was looking for newer used, he provided the pros & cons leasing & buying new. NEVER PUSHED. JUST INFORMATIVE. He was honest about pricing & what he may be able to do & absolutely could not do. When we agreed to a purchase price via text that he had discussed with his boss...We set up a time for me to come in to sign paperwork. Upon arrival there was some discrepancy, which made me reluctant to do anything & immediately I assumed the normal car dealership garbage & fakeness was finally coming to the surface.....however Roy went to bat for the agreement & the dealership was not only willing, but eager to honor the agreement, especially considering I had taken time out of my schedule for the purpose of buying a car THAT DAY. Definitely increased my confidence in them. Roy did many special things along the way. Very kind. Soft spoken. Honest. The dealership staff was also was very friendly & helpful. Massage chairs! Many snacks & drinks they offered my kids when I drug them along every single visit after school or sports and they were hungry. They have a pastor that routinely visits the staff! How awesome is that! Roy spoke so highly of the owner & how the company does right by customers & employees! I am impressed & would return to this dealership in a minute. Through my dealings with other dealerships, things seemed sketchy, pushy, reluctant to be patient with my decisions or wanting to wait for something different.... I FELT NONE OF THAT HERE. Matter a fact ...I returned to shop over the course of 2-3 months b4 finally deciding to buy... at least 5 other dealerships visited. Finally bought with them! I've had the car about 4 months now & no regrets.

Performance oriented PEHV but falls short

If you work from home and drive less than 15 miles per day this is excellent as you would be running on battery exclusively. On longer range trips its a hybrid and I averaged 44 miles per gallon combined. Considerably better driving performance 0-60 6.5 sec than other less expensive hybrids, but less mpg. I had the sports package and it handled well but a bit rough on the road with 18" tires. Its a niche car!

Upon selling our SportWagen back to VW as part of the TDI settlement, we went shopping for something similar. The choice boiled down to a wagon style vehicle with lots of cargo space and so-so (or just plain awful) gas mileage versus less cargo space and better gas mileage. Ultimately we chose the latter and, with some hesitancy, invested in a lightly used 2016 Audi A3 Sportback e-tron Prestige. Our hesitancy was to buy something in the VW family given the scandal but Audi had redeemed themselves with a women's equality ad during the Super Bowl. The car has more pick-up than our VW SportWagen. Lots more, even in electric only mode. It is loaded with features that make it much safer and substantially more luxurious than the SportWagen. The passenger compartment is a bit smaller and the cargo area about half the size. We have not yet installed a charger at home but are certain that once we do we will be able to drive electric locally most of the time. This will be good because the manufacturer recommends premium fuel, which can be as much as a dollar more per gallon than diesel. The mileage when running partially or completely on gas seems to be somewhere in the 35 to 45 mpg range, although we have not driven up on a road trip so far. While we are still learning how to use all the gizmos, we are very pleased with our purchase. (The 4 on reliability is a complete guess because we've only had the car a few weeks.)

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

We had been looking for a used 2018 Audi Q5 for some time and had run into too many poorly run dealerships that simply did not listen to what we wanted in our area. Once we expanded our search, we found Marcos Morales at Walter's Audi in Riverside who went SO FAR BEYOND what any salesperson has done in the past. He was AMAZING start to finish and truly understands that this is a SERVICE oriented business and you have to LISTEN to what the customer wants, not TELL them. He did a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered EVERY question we had in a quick and courteous fashion. He was professional and LISTENED (note to other dealerships we did NOT buy from: YOU listen to US, not the other way around!) to our needs, and we drove over 350 miles to get this car, bypassing a lot of dealerships along the way! Just a great experience buying a car from Walter's Audi and Marcos Morales.

This car has great styling. It does sit low to the ground this gives it an aggressive appearance. With front seats forward about halfway rear seat legroom is not to bad.

Todays auto shopper is not the same one 25 years ago. With the information age providing the potential buyer an array of autos, financing options, and performance reviews - theres actually little for the lot salesman to do. Tell the above to about 85% of the auto dealerships! July 2017 my Jeep was totaled - and after receiving various quotes on cars I was interested in purchasing, my weekends were spent "car shopping"! Pre-armed with pricing, many dealerships/salesmen insult the buyer - mainly by quoting a sales price much higher than that quote provided to the customer, often leaving the customer feeling there's an attempt to take advantage of him/her. Not at Circle and the way Rainer handled "my" piece of business! Walked up as I was visually inspecting the car - introduced himself and said little, not a lot of BS talking. Test drive - he was literally "silent"! I indicated I wanted the car: I handed him a printout with the quoted price "I" was to purchase the vehicle! He and the very nice finance lady "processed the deal", total elapsed time - I estimate about 1.5 hours. The most important of all - "I felt good about it"! This is how I know to buy a car! Very highly recommended😎!

Nice small car with plenty of room for driver. Rather small for backseat passengers and trunk just sufficient for one set of golf clubs. Good handling and economy with sports car appeal. Would prefer to see rear camera, mirrors folding in on locking vehicle added as standard.

Despite being front-wheel drive (I prefer RWD), this car really does handle well. Sharp handling that feels connected to the road, while being one of the smoothest rides I've ever driven or ridden in. The car is silent and completely smooth when in all-electric (EV) mode, which I have come to enjoy more than I ever thought I would. I drive 65 miles round-trip per day without the ability to re-charge in between and still average 44 MPG at 75 MPH! It's been a very good vehicle all-around.

I'm in the military and was transitioning from CA to HI, so I didn't really have a lot of time on my hands to be going around from dealership to dealership. I was weary of doing it online but can't express it enough how Preston went above and beyond to make this a simple and painless process. When I arrived he had already narrowed our search down to exactly what we wanted and worked all the pricing so we literally arrived signed and left! Overall everyone at Downtown Audi was great, but Preston really went above and beyond, definitely will be a returning customer.

Regarding repairs, Service Manager John, and Service Advisor Lindsay took care of everything efficiently, explained all work clearly, and made sure to get everything done as quickly as could be done. Regarding the return of our leased Audi, Melissa Nelson was very helpful in explaining what was necessary, likewise Carl Story, in sales, helped us gauge our decision whether to purchase or lease a new Audi or to buy out our leased vehicle. This is so fun to drive. It's like having 4 cars in one. I have a hybrid, an all electric car, a Volt and a classic A3 motor vehicle. With a touch of a button a can control the car any way that I see fit. The review on car n driver can't even begin to describe the feeling of driving it because everyone wants to compare it to a stupid Prius or a Volt. Not even close.

Where do I begin?! This being my first time ever purchasing a car, it was far easier than I expected! I expected a scary back-and-forth pressuring negotiation between myself and a tough salesperson, but NOPE! The whole process was much easier and went smoother than I thought it would be! I took interest on a car online and messaged the dealership through their website. I got a quick response from the internet sales team, under Cassandra Crawford. I had read previous reviews on her on Yelp and was glad she was the one who personally handled my purchase! All the positive reviews she previously received, I believe 100%! When I first stepped foot on the dealership to just take a look at the car in person, she gave me no added pressure to BUY NOW! She had a very kind employee (Eric) drive me to the expansion lot where I took time to admire the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and Cassandra gave me a quote printout with all the incentives and best offer to begin with and I walked right out that door feeling no sense of pressure put upon me! We continued to email each other for about a day until we got to where I wanted. From the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to pay for monthly and the down payment and she definitely delivered to meet all my demands! I told her from that I wanted to enjoy the vehicle and not regret it down the line all because of a spur of the moment big purchase. She understood that completely! In fact, I came by the next day to ask her further questions about the deal and that was it. Still no pressure to sign any contract or deal yet! I told her I'll be back tomorrow to sign everything and finalize the deal but mostly to sleep on it one last time (cold feet 😅). She really worked with my work schedule to see when the best time was for me to come back. So, that was a total of 3 visits to the dealership (all my decision) and she was able to take time in her busy schedule to meet with me every single time. You can tell she is a very busy woman but she gets back to you on a very timely manner! We were even texting on her personal phone after office hours because I had so many questions for her (Sorry Cassandra!). Along with her assistant (also her daughter), they are able to work with you to meet all your needs! I told her that I would text her and let her know when the best time for me to come in was and with very short notice, she had everything all taken car of! When I got there for all the paperwork, my car was sitting right in front of the dealership, all clean and ready to go! Her daughter, helped me the technical details of the car and was very helpful! Frank, was the one who was nice enough to take time off from sales to help me start paperwork while Cassandra was at a doctor's appointment across the street. It was the only time I could swing by during work with a 3 hour window, so Cassandra was able to relay the information to Frank. Once Cassandra got back, she brought me over to Wayne who handled the finances. Wayne was another great associate who made sure to explain every little detail on what I was signing because I always have a lot of questions! He also worked with me to get the best deal possible on any extra maintenance packages I may need on the car! He was very honest on if I really needed a certain package or not and did not scare or pressure me at all into buying anything! The whole pick-up day process only took 1-1.5 hrs of my time and went very smoothly! 👏🏻 Do not go anywhere else if you are thinking about getting an Audi! Go straight to Cassandra! She will definitely take care of you! All the wonderful reviews on her on different websites are all accurate! Everything still feels unreal after a few sleepless nights because of pure excitement! Its my 3rd time buying a car and I have to say, this is the most transparent experience I ever had. Payment after tax is clearly given, negotiation is quick, reasonable, and transparent; the document signing process takes just minutes, no push on buying additional unnecessary warranty stuff.. compared to my first 2 dealership (2012, 2015), it would be heaven and xxxx i would say.

Smooth ride with great acceleration. The car was red with lettering an side panels. Although a prototype at the time, was very worthy of admiration. Dashboard and concept were very unique and have been duplicated since then. A great buy for the commute to work.

I was very pleased with my Audi purchase from this dealer. Initial telephone discussions were with Elliot, the internet sales manager, whom I found to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I was picked up at the airport by sales associate Kong Xiong who used the drive to the dealership to begin my knowledge journey on the Audi Q5. Paperwork was processed promptly, less than an hour.
