I wanted to express to you and your staff my gratitude for saving me from a very difficult situation last week. I flew to Ohio to pick up an A8 from a dealer there late Thursday afternoon. About 175 miles into an 1800 mile road trip back home, the idler pulley failed and the serpentine belt snapped about 10 miles east of Indianapolis. Since it was 10pm, I had to get some help to get the car to your dealership where I left it on your doorstep with a pleading note to help. The following morning, Andrew came to my rescue and was excellent throughout my experience. Your staff by the stroke of luck was able to overnight the part from Wisconsin, and Bryce and the Tech (I'm sorry I don't know his name), were able to get me back together on Saturday for a relatively uneventful drive back home. If your staff wasn't as professional and helpful as they were, I fear I would have been stranded there over the entire holiday weekend, or I would have had to fly back home and come back at a later time. They were outstanding. The only regret I have is that your dealership is too far from where I live to be my go to for your valuable service. However, if I ever find myself in Indianapolis; Audi Indianapolis has a lifelong customer. Thank you again, and please express my appreciate to your staff. UPDATE: 10/06/2016 Additional extenuating circumstances led to my reaching out to the General Manager of Audi Indianapolis for some help with a particular issue. The dealership certainly had no obligation to help me, but Rod Ingalls was absolutely gracious and understanding and helped me as much as I could ask for. Thank you Audi Indianapolis and as I have mentioned, I will be a loyal customer for life.

I am just an average "Joe" with the same objective as everyone else reading these reviews. I wanted a quality automobile at a fair price. With this objective in mind I brought my wife to Indy Luxury Motorsports (ILM) to take a look at their inventory. She immediately picked out a car and badda-bin, badda-boom, I purchased the automobile. Two days later a car buyers worst nightmare occurred; the check engine light came on and drops of oil started showing up on the garage floor. I immediately brought the car back to the dealership to shake my fist and stomp my foot. After explaining the problem they assured me that they would make it "right" and gave my wife a car to use while they diagnosed the problem. As it turned out, they could not determine the cause in their in house service department so they took the car to BMW (at their own expense) for a thorough check-up. After several days at the dealership we found out that the problem was much greater than anticipated and exceeded the value of the warranty that we purchased for the car. Now, most dealerships would have said "bummer, you own the car, we can't be responsible for the car once it drives off our lot" but not ILM, they took the problem car back and let us pick out another automobile. And for our trouble they upgraded the warrantee we purchased, our car is now covered by a 7 year, 84,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warrantee. Now, this could have been a car buyer's worst nightmare but because of ILM's outstanding integrity it turned out being a pleasant experience. In today's day and age when the automotive industry is plagued with unscrupulous businesses it is genuinely refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind their product. You can purchase a car at ILM knowing that you will get a good car, and if there is a problem (as their often is when purchasing a used vehicle), they will work with you to rectify the situation. Now, I'm a grumpy, fat, old man who rarely takes the time to write a favorable review but this was such a positive experience that I feel compelled to let John Q. Public know that this is the place to go if you want a fair shake. Five Stars across the board.

I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

First time I have ever purchased a certified pre-owned car. Only had 5500 miles on it. Better warranty than new. Love everything about the car. Sports package is great to have, the seats are incredibly comfortable. Premium audio by Bang and Olufson is amazing. Of course Quattro is a major reason I bought the car as well as Audi's committment to the driving experience. Gas mileage is excellent, and the interior appointments and finishes are top notch. I was looking for something in particular when it came to color and options and it was great being able to use Cars.com for the search. I could constantly keep up with the changing inventory and when I found what I wanted I jumped on the deal.

Being a young woman with zero knowledge of how to repair cars you rely heavily on automotive professionals to help you through the process. When my beetle wouldn't start I became extremely anxious. Clarence the sales manager helped to calm my anxieties and delivered on his promise of having the service department service my car on Monday. Monday morning, I received a call from service manager Cornelius who in "layman terms" told me what was wrong with my bettle and that all of the parts were in stock to repair and have it ready same day. The service to be picked up via the VW shuttle was a bonus as well. In addition my cars keypad hasn't been working and they fixed that without charge! I appreciate the patience of those gentlemen and the follow up calls I've received after my repairs. I also received a $20 mail in rebate. Thank you for your patience and getting me back on the road! My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I was between Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima car. the minute I saw Nissan Altima I was in love instantly I said sign me up the good thing that I love about Matt is the fact that he's not only a salesperson he's there to help me with what I want I went to a lot of dealership and all they care about was making the sale and pushing things on me😡 even though I didn't really like those car, but when I went to Off Lease Only I did not have that feelings he listen to my needs he listen to my concern he know I was in a budget and I wasn't planning on going over my budget and a next good thing he said to me was if you're going to get the car you have to make sure you're really like the car because you're going to be making payment for the next five to six years and when you're making that payment you have to feel good in yourself that you made the right decision don't get the car to please me get a car to please yourself because at the end of the day I want you to be happy I want you to be satisfied with the decision you make and he was right 😘. Because most sales person only care about making a sale he did not push anything on me or force me to get something that he know I wasn't comfortable with. That was very nice very, very respectful I love that I feel very happy with the decision I make I love my car and I'm going to be happy making the payment for the next 6 years because guess what it's in my budget and it was exactly what I was looking for thank you Matt for helping me make the right decision all the best. And also the finance person Robert was also great he told me about the benefit of having gap insurance and also buying additional warranty and I was pleased.

So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. The 2016 Audi A4 was in good condition and drove beautifully. There were no visible dents or scratches on the car. While test driving the car there seemed to be no unwanted noises coming from the engine. Overall it was a very good car.
